Hotel Oak Plaza Delhi

Myself & Wife reached early morning to the hotel and manager was sleeping on floor, not ready to talk. Finally he came and ask for 1500 rupees for early check in and I asked him discount, he got angry and went on the floor and slept. After calling multiple times he came , started arguing and said I am doing you favour by allowing early check in and i could have denied. Wat a rude guy. I appreciate the patience of the hotel owner bearing him. Overall it's very bad experience in Oak Plaza. Card swiping machine also not working. Such a non sense.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oak Plaza in Paharganj, Delhi. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service at a reasonable price. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless. The location is a big plus--conveniently situated near New Delhi Railway Station and within easy reach of major attractions, markets, and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of Paharganj, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good food, with a decent selection of dishes at their in-house restaurant. Overall, Hotel Oak Plaza is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Delhi. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel was just OK not a 4 star experience as shown on Google. The plan was 2 meals complimentary - breakfast with lunch or dinner inclusive. The breakfast was as per order even though it was supposed to be a buffet type. We ordered dinner in the room assuming that we could order. The management nor staff mentioned that we have to pay for what we ordered in the room. As we checked out they made us pay an additional amount of Rs 6200.

The room is ok. But the staff are reluctant in providing any basic services. 1. I had booked executive room with view. But they didn't provided me roadside room. I was given backyard room. 2. I had complementary high tea included in my booking. But when I inquired if I have any additional service then the clearly refused. What was the use of mine in booking such an expensive room with additional service. 3. For even drinking water I had to wait more then half hour after requesting on telephone. 4. I had requested drinking water in the morning. They gave me 1 litre RO water in an used plastic bottle(no steel jaar was given). And when I asked for drinking water in the night, they said we had given you the water just before only. And even after waiting for half an hour they didn't sent water. So I had to go personally downstairs to fill the water bottle from a RO filter. My question is with the hotel that, How can two person can survive whole day with just one litre of water. 5. And at last the location is horrible and unsafe during night. Lots of chain puller, drinkers etc keep roaming on the streets. Even the hotel staff warned us to be careful if we go outside after 9.00pm.

Overall everything was perfect. But its 12:10 at night and staffs are making noice like the guests doesn't need to sleep and rest. Some kind of loading is also going on in the truck and its impossible to hv a peaceful sleep

If you are in Delhi and want to stay near New Delhi railway station this place is good and should be kept in mind ..even for women travellers it's a safe and decent place Good food and ambience. Value for money

Oak Plaza Hotel is the best but its management is very poor. If the management continues like this, the hotel will suffer a huge loss. They have no way of communicating and no way of handling customers. I stayed there and their behavior is very wrong I asked them for a room for two days, they sent me a room at a cheaper price, the rates were for one day, the next day they said, "Check out, we have an online booking." They are very diplomatic, they don't want to continue with the customer. there are other big hotels in Paharganj. I liked their behavior very much. I have stayed at Ooak Plaza before. The management was good, but the one here now is the worst and the worst.

We faced a few problems with the first room, and as soon as I told the reception about those, they upgraded my room to a Family Suite, which was very good and comfortable. I had some things delivered at the reception in 3-4 different deliveries, and the receptionist always sent someone to get the package and deliver it to the room.
