Very nice experience , good hospitality amazing amenities wonderful time spent. Staff was very polite and available for even the basic requirement on time. Worth spending time there. Had enjoyed all the facilities near by also the food was very tasty

I wish there was a negative rating option. We booked this property for 5 nights. This property is nothing like how its shown in pictures. Please don't fall for it. The property is dirty and full of bed bugs. The beddings are very old and extremely dirty. We got a room where someone had already smoked badly. We were with our small baby and I was really worried as it had lot of mold. The room doesn't have space to walk, you keep hitting yourself with furniture. We had booked two rooms. Unfortunately the guest for second room could not come and the room we booked was full of bed bugs so we had to leave immediately and book another hotel. We had to give all our clothes for washing and get our luggage to be peat controlled and we had to waste so much money on this.

Very worst hotel. Don't spoil your stay at Delhi by staying here. The food they prepare is made with spoiled chicken and the kitchen is dirty with flies from the washroom straying on the food. The beds in the room are broken and you will sure to get backpain. Arrogant staff and no proper response from the reception. It is very useless and nasty place to stay here. The reviews 5/5 are given by the hotel staff. Reality is that this hotel is the worst and your stay at Delhi will be painful if you stay here. I am giving the accurate and true review for the benefit of others. Don't stay here....avoid this useless hotel.

The hotel is near the airport. The elevator is small and cramped. The room is very dirty, the bed is full of dirt and sand. There is no hot water so it is very cold in winter. The facilities are run down.

Rooms are okish but the staffs behaviour is arrogant and the receptionist don't respond to you you just stand there and wait for a long time to be called for check in. The staffs are not at all polite like basic manners. Please don't come and stay here it's hilarious experience. And the bedsheets are also like they are used

Service of there staff before was so good but now they are increasing rate according to themself in a week. No sense of how to speak to customer. They are not good now. There food quality is also become too low now pehla kafi achi thi ab ya sirf customers ko lootna pa laga hai koi bhi saaf safai kuch bhi shi sa nahi rkhta

The location of hotel is in a dingy place and doesn't have a good reputation because of the scams happen in the area. The property over all need maintenance. The taps and shower didn't worked properly. There was dust in most places in the room. The TV wasn't functional as remote was missing. The sheets needs replacement at it was end of their life. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at 7PM, however their check in time is 12PM so the room should've been ready. Their room service was fine, food was good. Overall I had an average experience. It's okay for a night stop on a budget.

The hospitality was good.we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money.Rooms were spacious.Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel on yatra.com and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price
