The location is very good and easy to get around the city. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly enough. The rooms however were not very clean and had some bugs. Was ok for 4 nights but definitely need to clean more. For the cost it's acceptable for Delhi but not special

The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great dining options and excellent service made the stay even better. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The room is clean and neat. We were checking in earlier and that being said I was told to check out early meaning they would charge me extra if I did not check out by 8 am even though the check out time by 11 am. I wouldn't go to this place again. I move to different hotel without no extra charge

Special thanks to the manager "Mr. LEKHRAJ", who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is simply unbeatable--situated right in the heart of the city, it's conveniently close to both the railway station and the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Despite being in such a prime spot, the hotel offers ample car parking space in front, which was a huge relief as I had driven in. The ambience is elegant yet cozy, with clean, well-maintained interiors that make you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing all the amenities one could ask for. The food was another highlight of my stay! The hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The staff was attentive and made excellent recommendations. There are also plenty of amazing eateries nearby if you want to explore the local cuisine. What makes this place even better is the pricing--it's truly value for money without compromising on quality or service. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a gem. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will definitely return on my next visit to the city!

Guys worst experience ever i am seriously telling you the hotel was no untidy not mangaed properly. The staff was trying to enter the room it was unsafe for us as two girls. Firstly they told us to refund for our emergency but later denied and had our money with them. Food in their hotel was so bad i got food poisoning from there and experienced a lot of medical issue later And the area was too dirty Would never reccomend

The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, disconnecting multiple times throughout our stay. We could hear loud music and shouting from the street late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was located in a noisy and busy area, with limited access to public transportation. Staff behaviour is not good...

The hotel is located in the main street, the ever loud traffic and busy outdoors life is certainly a negative aspect at night when trying to sleep. Otherwise, many restaurants, shops and the nearby market is just available within a short walk. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is offered in room-service. In terms of staff, not everyone speaks English nor other language, that can be tricky, but they are easy to approach and helpful.
