Hotel Le Seasons

I booked the rooms through travel agent. I was charged for deluxe room, but was provided with standard room. My travel agent spoke to the manager Ms Pooja. But she refused to respond. The room was too small and the bathroom was very dirty. The hot water was limited to one person to shower. Poor cleanliness and customer service.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The price is on the higher side but it's Delhi and close to Aerocity making it easy for people who need the access to airport. Taxi to the airport costs about 400 Rs and the locality offers a kind of nightlife too. If you walk 10 minutes towards Aerocity you will get better classy restaurants. There are many hotels nearby to choose from but I liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The breakfast which was included with my fare was decent if not excellent. Their restaurant is open for orders 24 X 7 which is a great thing but I did not order anything. Overall I recommend this hotel for a stay.

I recently stayed in this hotel along with family. The hotel is located on the main road 20 min drive from airport. The rooms are neat & clean including Toilets. The towels and bedsheets are changed every day. The staff are very courteous. There is a restaurant and the food is very nice and tasty.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Hotel Le Seasons Delhi and I feel compelled to share my review to warn others. My husband and family had booked a stay through Booking.com, and after a long day of travel, we arrived late at night, exhausted and eager to check into our room. To our surprise, the front desk informed us that our booking had been canceled. When we asked why, they claimed it was due to Booking.com canceling it, which was entirely untrue since we had received no such notification. Even more disappointing, the hotel insisted that we pay extra for a new room, despite the fact that we had already made a confirmed reservation. They seemed uninterested in resolving the issue or providing any kind of customer service. It felt like they were taking advantage of our situation, knowing we had no other options so late at night. The lack of professionalism and disregard for their guests was appalling. The worst part is that the hotel didn't offer any assistance in dealing with Booking.com, leaving us to sort out their mistake on our own. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the inflated price to secure a room for the night, feeling cheated and taken for granted. We contacted booking.com, their reply was the hotel cancelled the booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The service was abysmal, and their treatment of guests was unprofessional and dishonest. There are plenty of other options available.

Overall experience has been great. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good. Late night check in was super fast and smooth. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Glad we booked our stay here after a long flight with multiple stops. Hotel is very close to the airport.

Excellent place to stay. Clean. Make sure you find cheap rates through different websites. 10 mins from the airport

The location and the rooms are too good for a 1 night or 2 night stay. On the border of Mahipalpur it is good hotel. Next to it is shahi biryani darbar
