Hotel La Sapphire

PLEASE NOTE!!! SCAM.... we booked 2 suites via booking.com. When we arrived, we went to our rooms after checking in. Completely different rooms. Dirty filthy rooms. Bed sheets full of stains, bathrooms were dirty. Air conditioning was dirty and dusty. Since I really had to go to the toilet, I went to the toilet. Then we went to the reception for clarification. The man indicated that they were old photos and that the rooms have been renovated. Renovated???? Demolished I think because the rooms look much worse. The man showed us 3 other rooms that were better for him through a colleague. All the same type of rooms. I said that we were going to another hotel. The man then explained the mistake to us and said that I should have reported this earlier and that he had already checked us in. He said that he now had to make a correction and tax. I said that I assumed the information on booking.com. He then called, was difficult again and repeated himself. Luckily I had not yet paid for the rooms as they charge 4.5% for a credit card payment. My mother was in panic and started to stress. Eventually I had to pay 500 rupees, because I used the toilet and sat on the bed for a while. I just filed a complaint on booking.com and hope they will take action on this, because this is also negative for booking.com, because due to little trust I did not book my next accommodation via booking.com, because I did not trust the information anymore (regarding a hotel in India). This is a hotel that is going to get worse and worse due to fraud and will eventually no longer receive guests. I hope that this will happen soon, so that guests do not experience this kind of fraud. This is a great shame.

For the price, this hotel in Delhi is a great option. It's located in a quiet area. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but absolutely perfect for a budget stay!

front desk was available in 24h and always ready to help, the beds were comfy, and the room was spacious! The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was top notch...... my experiance in this hotel was so good the bathroom shower worked well and the hotel was well maintained

This is a horrible hotel to stay, hot water wasn't working, turned out, had to be plugged in. Bedsheet was not replaced, full of hair. Pillow cases had stains in them. Had to call the house keeping to completely redo the bed. Bathroom is a wet bathroom, the entire floor gets wet. No place to put soap next to the sink. Bed frame has damages on it. Sink has a crack. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms also have new fixtures. Since I stayed in the winter months, I can't comment on the AC, but there was constant hot water, so I was satisfied. Their room dining was good. The location next to Le Seasons is ideal for going to the airport. The staff, especially the front desk, is not very friendly, hence reduced one star. Otherwise, a good, reasonable and comfortable hotel for a quick stay and the prices are reasonable.

The service was excellent, with staff greeting me with a smile and quickly checking me in. The room itself was clean. I loved that there was always hot water in the shower, and the water pressure was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone catching an early flight.

I stayed at Hotel La Sapphire for a night before catching an early flight, and I was pleased with the location. It's close to IGI Airport, so it saved me a lot of time and hassle. The check-in was smooth and quick, which was great after a long day of travel. The room was simple but comfortable, with a clean bed and all the basic amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My sunglasses went missing, and multiple people in my group saw the staff member who helped with our luggage holding them. When we brought this up at the reception, the staff were rude, dismissive, and outright denied everything. They refused to show the CCTV footage, gaslighted us, and wasted hours of our time without providing any resolution. Even my friend who stayed behind to follow up was given no answers. I felt unsafe and disrespected here--definitely do not recommend this place!
