Hotel International inn

There was a foul smell in the rooms and the gallery as they were closed from all sides, there was no exhaust in the bathroom, the towels were dirty which we had to change, there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, the signals of both the mobile network and the hotel's WiFi were very weak in the room. However, both the food and the staff were good. The reception team was also cooperative. Overall, if you are thinking of a good stay, then look for options other than this hotel.

Location is convenient to Delhi airport and Vasant Kunj. But the room , super deluxe is very small and tariff is almost t5000 per night stay. The split AC was noisy and TV not working. The staff came and checked but said it is not working. No ward robe or shelf was provided to keep luggage and dress. The hotel has no restaurant inside but we were asked to the next hotel Number 37. The complimentary breakfast was very simple and not worthy. Not advisable to stay with family. Bed not clean The photos in the website were edited but not true size rooms or lobby. I was disappointed

A group of us stayed here for one night and I would not recommend it all. Rooms are not clean. Beds and bedding needs a major upgrade. One very flat pillow provided. We all woke up with sore backs and necks. Beds are also short, not ideal for very tall people. Staff are not the friendliest and appear a bit rude. Noise from outside the room can be heard clearly in the room and there was constant noise throughout the night, im assuming this was from staff.

BEWARE. Stayed here Feb 2025 for two nights. Paid for premium room, got put in compact room. I know this because I saw it on their computer. Basement flooded and our room got flooded with toilet water. After some debate with really unhelpful reception, got moved to third floor to a slightly better room. Asked for a refund for the first night and they kept saying the next person on shift was more senior and would deal with that until eventually we were checking out for our flight and they told us to WhatsApp them. No reply. I told them I would leave an honest review if I didn't get a refund for the first night. When I checked in, they took a photo of my booking.com confirmation on my phone. They then used this to fake a 10/10 review from my booking.com account. Breakfast was in the hotel next door and was awful.

Can't recommend. Rooms were dirty, including a very visible big sticky stain of some dried sweet juice on the bedside table, linens that weren't fresh, a running toilet flush when we arrived which needed to be stopped by stopping the water supply. We also got 2 0,5l water bottles of which one was open and definitely used/refilled. Our luggage was not found after the flight in and it was the only address we could think of for later delivery. We asked the reception to let us know if it arrives after our check out and that we will come back to pick it up. They just told the courier that we already left for Punjab, luckily our indian friend contacted the service number before and talked to the courier so he was called back and told him to leave the luggage there. They didn't even follow that simple request of "let us know". Only positive thing is that it's close to the airport. But for the price, there's definitely better options.

I had booked the hotel via booking.com and upon reaching they said we're sold out. Upon showing the booking details they said u talk to the service provider and we can't help it. I waited for sometime to figure out that it was a busy week for there was an exhibition and they very conveniently sold my room directly to someone who came on the spot and paid a higher price. This is a total scam and non reliable hotel, be very careful while booking through booking.com as their customer support also didn't respond. We are a family from Singapore and stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms 002 and 005. Was served by hotel manager, Mr Abhays. He is warm and professional. The hotel bell boys were helpful too. Rooms were clean and decent. Location is superb. He is always ready to assist and even arranged transportation for going around Delhi and to airport. Breakfast was decent, small menu but all are good staple meals, like veg pasta, idly, juices, fruits , good variety. Overall, its a good budget hotel!

Booked a deluxe room but it was the smallest room I have ever been to in my life. No toiletries provided. Pillows were harder than my head. Most of the tv channels were not subscribed. Location of the hotel is quite good, near to the IGI airport.
