Hotel Delhi Aerocity

The cleanliness and amenities are as expected for the price I paid. The room was not clean, sheets and towels had stains and felt damp. The service, however, was excellent. The check-in was fast, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. When I asked for samosa, which wasn't on the menu, he sent someone to pick it up and served it to me. He didn't even charge the delivery fee. Restaurant food was descent and well priced. The proximity to airport was convenient.

This hotel isn't in the heart of Aerocity more on the edge of a major slip road, however it's a short taxi ride from the airport, the staff are super friendly and really helpful. Overall the room was way better than I was expecting for what I paid, more importantly the bedding and bathroom were very clean and serviceable. |While I was there I used their restaurant and had a huge amount of food for under a 500R that's about PS4.30 sterling. ||As I just needed a bed for the night, the location really wasn't a problem. The food was really good and most of all I felt safe as a solo female traveller in this hotel. ||If you want a pretty decent bus get hotel, I would recommend this hotel.

Additionally, Mr. Rakesh and Mr.Pankaj at the reception went above and beyond to assist guests, providing prompt and courteous service that made me feel valued and welcomed.

One of the most comfortable stay, and most welcoming staff. Especially Rakesh bhaiya and pankaj chauhan ji. They're ready to help even at midnight if there's some issue. And this ia a very comfortable hotel and best for this amount. Safe, reasonable and welcoming.very neat and clean rooms too

My first concern was that the taxi driver from the airport didn't know the hotel's location. The photos are to say the least strategically taken. Grubby and generally unkept, we didn't stick around to eat the breakfast. This is a budget hotel. We were booked in to stay another night on our return journey but swiftly changed my booking to another hotel also near to the airport.

Our stay at Hotel Aro City in Delhi was somewhat disappointing. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience didn't meet our expectations. The food was not up to par, and we found it lacking in taste and variety. The hotel itself was not very impressive, and the rooms were not as clean as we had hoped. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and overall quality. With some upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a better experience.

Overall stay was good. We enjoyed food was very tasty. Good customer service. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.little bit issues wid the accessories but they provided when we called.we recommend this hotel for every family and couples
