Hotel Delhi 55

The place has gone downhill over the past several years. The rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained. The Wifi keeps on disconnecting. Also, they turned off the AC on their own for a few hours. The only good thing is food. Overall an unpleasant experience and I don't intend to stay again at this hotel.

I have been a loyal guest at your hotel for the past five years, always appreciating the service and hospitality provided. However, during my most recent stay, I had a particularly unpleasant experience with the night staff. The level of service was far below the standard I have come to expect from your establishment, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of service, particularly during late hours. Based on this experience, I may have to reconsider my future stays. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this issue.

Disappointing Experience with Night Shift Staff Mr Rahul I have been a regular guest at Hotel Delhi 55 for the past four years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was not up to the standard I've come to expect. The behavior of the night shift staff member, Rahul, was disappointing. His attitude lacked the professionalism and courtesy I've always appreciated during my stays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously as I've had many positive experiences here in the past, and I would love to continue staying at this hotel if improvements are made in guest service.

There was a delay in service, and the food was not good. The only good thing was the tea.

Good hotel at under 2k in the heart of delhi near New Delhi Railway station

The room I got was completely like a ruin. Everything in the room was run down and broken. Old, smelly, dirty. The hotel staff next to my room were shouting all day. The worst hotel in Delhi.

Nice hotel to visit Food is also very good in taste

Rooms were a bit rusty although building was quiet old so that is understandable. Services were fast though they had all the options available in the menu. Although taste could be improved a bit yet satisfactory.
