Hotel De Aura Delhi Airport -T 3 (Under Kuber International)

Location is near to airport. Aerocity metro station is walkable distance only. Hotel photos published everywhere is not real one. Rooms are good for one night stay. Not very clean. Not recommended for family. Food is average and costly.

I had a huge layover of one day in New Delhi. Thus, I've decided to take a room in the close vicinity of the Airport. So from G-map I've found this hotel with quite beautiful pictures and went to the hotel by booking a cab (took 400rs). 3-4 km away from the airport, and it took 15 minutes to reach the hotel. The reception of the hotel will impress you at first sight. But the rooms were terrific. I have two large luggage bags, so I decided to take a room here. I have stayed in the 3rd floor, room no 307. The room is quite spacious, and the bed is cozy. Other than that, everything is bad. The Plaster of the wall was damaged. A dirty sofa with frequent holes. A large cupboard with no use. Inside this, there was a dirty rag. In the cupboard, there was a large mirror that was useful. The table and chair were very dirty. The bathroom wasn't good at all. Had one commode and one basin. The water flow was very lesser. Overall, I'm not going to recommend this hotel at all. As I was solo, I managed this twenty hour stay somehow.

All is well l, fooo was very Nicely. And staff. Was very cooperative, and many many thanks for the Property manager , because He helped me any time for without any selfish ||So I will recommend for everyone into the this hotel castel blue at igi Airport

The nearest location is good to travel to. Easy access from the airport, located on the main road . Room size is more than the basic rooms available on the same categories from many other good 3star chains ,in room dining service is fast and good food overall. Overall a satisfying experience.

It's a very cheap hotel and the staff is so unprofessional. Even they don't know how to talk with customer. These people make their own rules And then they fool us by saying that there is a rule everywhere. At the time of booking they do not tell anything, everyone says yes, later they tell their useless rules that this is not allowed and that it is not allowed. Such hotels should be closed which harass the customers instead of providing service. Very very very extream bad experience of my life that i hve booked this hotel

The 1st and 2nd picture show very clean and spacious which hotel show on trip.com app. 3rd and 4th pictures are the actual pictures where there is no space for walk alone also and room and bedsheets are very dirty. The hotel is doing scam by showing nice pictures but give the room where guest get sick after staying even for 20mins. If trip.com is not together in the scam together with hotel then trip.com must do the inspection and if found as I said then must banned this hotel from trip.com list. Hotel charge 332rmb/night which is 3 to 4 stars price but the room are dirty as public toilet of India.

Beware of this hotel, the worst hotel of my life. I stayed there with my wife and 15 years old son for two days. At my arrival, I found a lot of suspicious activities and people, which made me uncomfortable. I had booked and paid online to the hotel through booking.com for 3 people/beds after looking at the photos of 3 beds room. They declined to give 3 beds room saying that they only double bedroom and we all will have to accommodate in that. The hotel is located at the ugliest place possible with the rough road where even auto rikshaws and taxis can hardly reach. Rooms are ill-maintained, beds were stinking and the same food was repeated for 4 times. We couldn't go anywhere to eat because there was no good restaurant available nearby. One more thing, Booking.com took much more than their actual price. The whole experience was such a nightmare that I cannot even think of going there again.

I had one of the worst stays of my life at the Hotel de Aura in Delhi near the airport. There was no key to my room, so I was forced not to leave it until the next morning. The sheets had not been changed. Tiles in the bathroom had fallen off and it smelled moldy. Old sandals were still on the rancid bathroom rug. Two cockroaches also ran around the room. The paint was peeling off the walls and the staff was overwhelmed. There was no jam for the breakfast toast and the toast was burnt. At least the staff accommodated me and I didn't have to pay anything for the food. Otherwise zero stars would have been appropriate... I was glad when I was picked up the next day. Horrible experience.
