Three kms from airport. Set amongst a bustling market/bazaar atmosphere made for our group the perfect stop/shop before we headed home. Rooms were very clean ac n hot water worked. If hotel could give a bit more shampoo considering double room would be helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate

It felt like everyone is looking for a tip. When you did tip; no extra care or service in what they were doing. They did have small refrigerators that worked in case you have any medications that needs to be cold. They do have air conditioned for us Americans that are accustomed to being cool. Beds were OK.

The hotel is a great budget option near IGIA. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic and with traffic it's a bit of pain to go towards the hotel. The rooms are clean but a bit old. The beds are not that great but okay for a nights stay. The linen and towels look quite old but smell okay (no bad odors). Hot water needs to be requested, assume they switch off heating to save power. Breakfast is pretty good but it does get busy. Indian choices with the option to order eggs. The staff are courteous but not the best trained. Don't expect any fancy treatment. Hotel taxi service is excellent- INR 400 one way is a steal. Internet is a bit unreliable , worked well on my prior visit while this time was disconnecting often. I will return in the future as it's good value

The Hotel is good, the location is very close to the airport. The staff is good and the rooms are clean. Food is okay too. I stay there for all my visits to Delhi, it is a nice place to stay.

I booked this hotel for my daughter's wedding stay for my guests and the experience was overall great i will surely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting there and the food was also good and management and staff was helpful and polite overall experience was great

I have been trying to reach this hotel for the past several days, and despite calling all four listed phone numbers multiple times, no one answers the phone. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for customers who need urgent assistance or want to make a reservation. A hotel's responsiveness reflects its service quality, and if they can't even pick up a call, I can only imagine the level of service guests might experience during their stay. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism! If you value good communication and reliability, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
