Hotel Arch Plaza - Near IICC YashoBhoomi

Food is very delicious and the service is mind blowing though. We had starters and well served main courses. Then comes about the room. Room is pretty nice . Location is also easily accessible. Overall its a nice experience.

The hotel is not at all 5 star hotel. I saw the rooms were not clean. shoes foot prints were everywhere in the room like someone has already used the room. I could find small hairs everywhere on the bedsheet and they dont change the bedsheet at all it was so dirty. Food was ok.

We are fully satisfied with the services of the hotel. Food and other items so tasty and we appreciate the staffs and the management. Staffs dealing with us was also very nice Especially Mr. Mohan Rawat's dealing and the services. We wish a prosperous future.

Stayed overnight and checked out the next day. If possible, request the most end room to have a good night sleep. Sounds of vehicles honking are normal even early in the morning so better prepare yourself. Breakfast spread is good, clean dining area. There are small marts nearby the hotel. Overall, good experience.

The hotel is very nice worth to stay here. It was very pleasant as soon as I entered in hotel. The hotel staff are very cooperative and helpful. My experience started with delicious food not only suitable for Indians but also for foreign deligates. Specially, I experienced very good sleep as the soft bed and room decoration and soothing environments give me very relaxe feeling. Even drop facilities to airport were also arranged by staff if you requested so. I recommend it with 5 star.

I had a very good experience. The rooms and service was wonderful. It was the best hotel experience I had.

1- first of all this is not 5 star hotel ( as is mentioned 5 star hotel on google ) 2- They don't change Bed sheet, I experience hair everywhere on bed sheet. I booked non smoking room and gave me smoking room, I had to smell the stench of bidi cigarettes in the room the whole night. 3- if you book taxi from this hotel to air port they charge Rs.1000 (700 and 300 for Parking) out side you can have taxi to airport 200-300

Not worth it for a corporate event. We stayed here during the IEW 2025 event, breakfast was not good. Moreover they burned my imported T-shirt during laundry services. After 3 days they were able to resolve the issue but not worth staying.
