worst hotel service ever i went to delhi and made a booking 2 days before but when i checked in the room was dirty and when i refuse to accept the room i. that condition the manager told us that you may change hotel in midnight 12'o clock also when i told him that its not our fault then they asked for extra money and then i said ok then also the bed was itchy and they did'nt give us ac remote so we have to stay full night in that much cold room and the bedsheet was also stained in something ugly.

I did a booking after seeing the reviews... I reached there like8 pm ... The location itself is very interior.... And surroundings area are very dangerous... When I reached outside the hotel... There were like 50+ men out side the hotel ... The situation was very dangerous and creepy..the place looked like something awful was happening there .... I would just like to say this hotel is not at all safe for women... I preferred not staying at this hotel and wandering around finding a new hotel rather than staying there... Just be careful... Not at all a good place to stay..

I m here since 2yrs but day by days they are following with their careless asking about food quality they use be arrogant like... pls order food from outside ours is not good. No pest control in the room.. No hand wash no soap no towel... u just come n pay, use the room n move... I used to be to 2 to 3days but now I m searching 4 other option... Disgusting service

Such fabulous rooms, such great service. I was completely amazed. They changed my bedsheets, cleaned my room 2 times as and when I requested Not only that, their mosquito all out machine was not working, so they arranged a zap killer for me just because I asked for something to get rid of 1-2 mosquitoes that I saw Clean bathrooms with great plumbing and great taps, shower, hot water Wifi was stable, fast. I was able to do mg office work without any interruptions whatsoever If you can get past the broken road and chaotic place it's situated, its simple AMAZING Connectivity via cab, auto bus is good too. Strong Air conditioning system Thanks a lot and will definitely book again when needed

Service Which was provided by new vendor call Fortune home was excellent, new linen was provided check in was smooth.There was ample space for couple in condition of safety and security.

Amazing property, never seen such a neat & clean property with amazing staff. They have recently started food facility, food is delicious & evenly priced. Great pick for corporate & social event.
