This is not a 3 star hotel. Yes, it is centrally located, but a train is located right next door and the horn goes off every few hours. The rooms need a good cleaning. I moved the curtains and a large cloud of dust erupted. The ceiling in the bathroom has paint peeling. Tape over electrical cords. You need to call repeatedly for the hot water to be turned on. The towels are very worn out and scratchy. The toilet takes repeated attempts to flush it, even with large amounts of water poured in. |The only saving grace was some of the staff that tried very hard to accommodate the guests.

Just an average hotel it is ... nothing like a 3 star facility here. Much has been boasted on net by the authorities in its appreciation but I will say users not to go for these words . Person at reception is very rude in behaviour. Only room service is available in the name of 24 hours restaurant which lacks more than 50 % items of its menu. No tandoor items available and person handling room service says that usage of tandoor has been banned in Delhi due to pollution...what a funny excuse! Morning breakfast is served in a room which lacks ventilation and feels suffocating....Bathroom fixtures have been rusted with calcium residues and bathing shampoo and body wash containers hang empty which were not refilled despite repeated requests for continuous 3 days of stay .....
Located close to CP & besides Lalit hotel, this hotel has cozy rooms. Staff behavior is good and friendly. Though the room tariffs are on the higher side, we found the food menu to be very reasonably priced. Food quality is also good
I stayed in this hotel this week as I was in Delhi to attend a marriage. Location of hitel is great as it is just few meters away from Delhi's prime city centre, Cannaught place. Rooms were average good, with tea coffee maker in the room. Toiletries were of good quality and all inbig size dispensers. Service/ room service was pretty fast and good. Morning breakfast was with limited but overall good.
Rooms need an overhaul and a complete clean.||My room has broken bits of furniture, if you move the curtain, the dust flies around. ||Towels are scratchy, tv not working, no fridge or hairdryer, mouldy shower. The air con and fan do work and it's location is not far from Connaught Circus, so if they cleaned and maintained it would be fine.||
Zero ambience. It's not worth thr Rs 6500 per night. The bathroom has so many issues from the sink to the flush not being working. The service is below par as I had to call them to provide me with slippers and the dental kit. Upon arrival, the restaurant section of the hotel was dark and void. It honestly felt more like a love hotel. I didn't dare to take a shower because I was not sure about the quality of the water. The room was decent though.
There is quite a bit wrong with the hotel. The images in the listing were surely taken a while back since overall everything looked relatively old. Cleanliness was terrible, with rust visible on appliances provided and dust on chairs or within sofas. Hygiene was doubtful, while I cannot comment on the shower (due to reasons below), there was a pipe within the bathroom but multiple tapes and mold like substance. Convenience was terrible, the front desk staff is frosty at best and missing at worst. There is no 24 hour front desk service. I know because I went to the front desk at 4 am and found nobody awake. Furthermore, you will be constantly directed to contact either the front desk or another number for requested services, instead of them internally handling the transfer. Comfort was non-existent. The provided dental kit contains some unknown toothpaste, and a toothbrush with bristles so rough that you will harm your gums. The provided kettle could not even reach the plug point. Drinking water is limited to 1 bottle a day and costs extra otherwise, they do provide 'free water' if you request for non mineral water, but it really tasted like tap water. The beds are soft but creaky. You can hear noise from the lobby while inside the room. In addition to all above, AVOID this hotel during the cold. There was no hot water. Lukewarm water is available randomly throughout the day, decent enough to wash your hands or face if lucky enough. Unless you can risk showering with cold water, you won't be showering here. There is no central heating. They provide age old blower heaters, which you likely will not be able to sleep with due to the noise. The provided blankets are extra thin and you will likely need to sleep with multiple layers of clothes on. All in all, for the price they demand, this hotel is not recommended for the summers and heavily recommended against during the winters. Look elsewhere, because this isn't it.
Very bad experience rooms quality are poor they don't even provide a good toothpaste and they also charged for water bottle and the hotel lights are like chandani bar
