Deventure Sarovar Portico Kapashera, New Delhi

I had stayed first time in sarovar hotel and it was amazing. All the staff was well trained. Reception staff was helpful and nice. There was some issues with my laptop wifi was not getting connected Mr. Kapil & Amit from IT team helped me a lot..

I recently visit the hotel with my family. Good food with excellent service. Staff is very prompt, caring and welcoming. They care my family like we are at home.|I will definitely come back here again and again. Highly recommend for everyone.

Hotel is lovely and service is great. Hari-om made really good tea. We didn't eat outside but inside the restaurant which is really good. They make food the way you want it in terms of spices. A lot of light comes in through the glass roof of the hotel, only with the sun on it it gets warm inside. Here they may have to place a screen to block that heat

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk Mr Amit and team who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff."

The name sounds very fancy. However, they are unable to maintain it to that level. Some staff was absolutely amazing. Especially the security guards and one guy in the restaurant. These people are trying to provide the best hospitality. I had two separate bookings. First room was OK. Second room looked a bit dirty and tye entire night AC was not working. The night receptionist was the worst. Wish they could put a little bit extra effort and it will be good.

The AC in the initially provided room was not working and after 2 hrs of trying to fix it , they decided to allocate another room . Felt it could have been done earlier. For a 4 star hotel , swimming pool should have been there. Even here the image shows a swimming pool which is quite old. Misleading!||The breakfast spread was lavish and diverse. Appreciate the service from diwakar and pandey.

I had a wonderful stay at Deventure Sarovar Portico, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire hospitality team for their warm and attentive service. A special shoutout to Sandeep and Sujit from Housekeeping -- they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Their dedication, attention to detail, and friendly attitude truly made a difference. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards of hospitality!

This is our first visit. The service is very good. Food quality is also good. Staff well trained and co-ordination is very good. Very calm place. We highly recommend this for any type of stay or dinner with family. |Thanks...................
