De Pavilion Hotel, Delhi

Very rude young man at the front desk (hotel staff). I was in room 203. There was NO view whatsoever. The only window led to a central shaft of concrete and cobwebs. No laundry services available onsite. Not a 4 Star hotel. Not even close. More like 2 stars at best! Too many false reviews for them on G Maps.

Excellent place to stay very clean and well behaved staffs. Made the stay very comfertable. Secially Surender, Anil and Lakhsmi were excellent in housekeeping and providing all support during my stay to make it very comfertable. Thanks to the team, will always recommended this hotel for stay.

Booked this hotel on somebody's recommendation but ended up as a grave mistake. Firstly don't go by the rating of 4 Star it's nothing like it. The experience is of a local budget hotel with poor service and management. 80% of the food menu was not available to order and only Chinese was the option, Kitchen sanitation, Quality of food all seemed shady. But the worst experience was with the pick up and drop services availed. On no day they could provide cab on time for drop, not reliable at all. The reception staff had no manners and they would end up arguing with you for small issues. The so called suite also didn't have much to offer. And as the last nail in the coffin, the manager Manjit stopped receiving call as soon as I checked out of hotel, the basic decency to assist the guest even post checkout normally available at good hotel was found missing. All in all a disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to any body at all

Well we stay only one night there. So we reached to hotel at around 2 pm on 22nd February . And at time of checkin the guy In reception was very rude and least bothered about check in. The room was nice and well cleaned

The hotel is completely an average one. The photos which are available in google map are looking like the premises are very clean and hygienic but it is not so. When i asked to drop us to IGI Delhi airport they said they will charge significantly higher as compared to any other cab app.Overall an average experience.

Room was very spacious, and service was decent. Location was lil bit difficult to find

Staff are good and very helpful. Service is bit slow. Rooms are ok ok !! Breakfast menu is pathetic.
