Harsha here At the outset was very impressed with the courtesy extended by the reception staff, although I arrived very late, they understood my travel fatigue and made the check-in process very fast... Rooms are spacious, family friendly, noise free... Service staff is equally professional, food is delivered on time and room cleaned nicely. Really approx the value for money and overall experience, would be happy to stay and also refer my friends and family to stay on this hotel.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the 3-Star Rating I had high expectations from this resort, considering its 3-star rating, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Poor and Slow Service - The service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Whether it was housekeeping or room service, every request took far too long, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Unacceptable Amenities - Shockingly, instead of providing proper laundry bags, they handed out garbage bags! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Lack of Cleanliness & Maintenance - The rooms were not properly cleaned, and to make things worse, the flooring was broken in several areas. It felt neglected and poorly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable. Limited Breakfast Options - The breakfast buffet was very limited with barely any variety. For a 3-star hotel, I expected a much better selection. Overall, this resort does not live up to its rating or price. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and subpar amenities make it a disappointing choice. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Great place, large beautifully maintained garden. Vast undisturbed beach. Not crowded with people/ commercial activities. Great to just sit on the beach and watch Sunrise and Sunset. We will come back to this place again. Dr Sunil kapoor

We stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding. Rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping service is good. They don't provide Room Service Eben with payment. For all food one has to walk across to the other block. The arrangements for the wedding were very nice, as were food and service ! Full marks. Breakfast buffet disappointed on both mornings. In fact, after the wedding it was hardly a buffet ! Definitely needs a lot of improvement! It's a bit like a place that mass processes weddings one after the other.

DISAPPOINTING. A lot of misinformation given on site regarding this venue. It mentioned 10 lacs/ day , instead the manager asked for around 45 lacs for 2 days. Also he was offering some other resort details for his own benefit . Wont recommend this resort. Loaction is not very convenient and roads to the venue are under construction. Waste of time.

We visited this venue as a potential location for our wedding, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The sales representative who showed us around was an extremely unprofessional young woman, who spoke to us in a condescending manner as if she were doing us a favour, repeatedly interrupted us while we tried to explain our requirements. It was clear she lacked both experience and basic courtesy. The venue might want to consider providing better training for their staff - as we ended up walking out midway through the visit solely because of her attitude.

Definitely recommend this place to stay if you are looking for a hotel near airport. I booked one day stay through Goibibo and the prices were reasonable considering other places nearby. The prices were higher at their website. The place is around 11 km from terminal 2/3 of airport. During the day, because of traffic a taxi ride takes around 30 minutes. The hotel is located at reasonable distance from market as well. The staff at reception was nice, got checked in pretty quickly. The place did not disappoint, room was big with required amenities. Most importantly, the rooms were clean. I can be little nit picky that the floors had issues and the bathroom sink faucets had issues but overall it was a good experience. WiFi and cell coverage was really bad and disappointing, this caused my calls to drop frequently. I have stayed in hotels in similar prices that were disgusting. So I can say it was nice experience.

It is a beautiful and a perfect venue for wedding. Other than the venue being so beautiful, staff there is so nice and polite. They listen to all the requirements of the customer and try to accommodate their wishes. Mr. Nitin from Event management is so nice, polite and well spoken and he will add colors and bright to your event with his event arrangements. Overall we had an amazing experience.
