Pleasant staff and breakfast. Very clean and tidy. Economical. Good value for money. Rooms get a 3 but only because they are low on refinements - they are clean and perfectly suitable for economical travel and include the desired refrigeration, air-con and a generous shower facility. Would use again.

We stayed here for two nights on our trip! The staff and security are lovely so helpful! The breakfast was great! We're in a ground floor room rich was a little noisy but if you sleep heavy you'll be fine! I am a light sleeper! Bathrooms are a little old. The room was clean bed was comfortable Had a great stay!

I had a great stay at Bloom Boutique near Connaught Place. It's centrally located with easy access to all parts of the city. The staff was really friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good--definitely a comfortable and convenient option for anyone visiting Delhi.

The rooms were clean and had good climate control installed. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and took care of everything quickly. Unfortunately the hotel is very near the train station and the windows have zero sound insulation (there was even a hole in the foam of one of them). This meant that throughout the night every little sound on the street felt like it was in the room which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was good, but nothing to write home about. Overall a clean hotel that delivered what it promised, but not one I'd return to because of the noise.

Stay was superb. Everyone was nice and helpful. Kaif the best receptionist ever I have ever meet. I visited three times he helped me regarding everything. Rinku is nice guy he repaired my bag. Rooms are clean. Food was tasty. Location is best opposite World Trade Center.

We really liked our stay. The staff is courteous and super helpful. We always book our stay with bloom, the experience has always been delightful.

The stay was amazing including room hygiene, cleanliness, breakfast, food and staff. Abhishek Kumar was on his toes to provide the best service. Dinner buffet was arranged for the entire group at last moment. Best was the room service was on chat, anything you need was just a step away. Thank you so much for all that you have done.

Excellent service all.through. Our rooms were immaculate and ready for an early check-in as soon as we reached the hotel. From the reception to the bell boy and the security too, service is professional and always with a smile.
