An average property. Rooms are ok. They have sufficient parking space too. People at reception were nice. You get only two small water bottles in each room and after that, they provide filter water and if you need water bottles, you need to order it from the kitchen at 84Rs per bottle.

I stayed only one night, so my impression is quite spontaneous. I really liked the hotel's design and the beautiful landscaping around it--it's clear that a lot of attention went into the aesthetics. However, the road leading to the resort was extremely bumpy--more suitable for a jeep safari than a regular car.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently booked a hotel stay near IGI Airport, and even though I had a confirmed reservation with a booking voucher received directly from their website, I had a feeling I should double-check. Unfortunately, my intuition was right. When I called to confirm, I was told that my reservation had been released because they were "sold out," despite having received confirmation. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to call them several times, and when I finally got in touch with the manager, I was assured that I would be connected with someone higher up. However, after this promise, they failed to call me back. Instead, they canceled my booking with no explanation or valid reason. This was an absolute nightmare. Even with a confirmed reservation, they completely disregarded it and treated me like I had no right to stay there. I was left in a very stressful situation, all because of their incompetence. It's clear that this hotel does not prioritize customer satisfaction, nor do they seem to care about negative feedback. Despite numerous complaints, they have not improved their service or taken any action to address these issues. Their main focus appears to be on making money, not providing good hospitality. My strong advice: Do not book this hotel. Even with a confirmed reservation, they may cancel it at any moment without any valid reason. Be prepared for the consequences of dealing with incompetent management and poor customer service.

My return to Delhi accomodation was wonderful. Unlike earlier locations this was a welcome check in. A beautiful surprise. Having down the rounds of much hotels I was delighted. Yes, set back on what is so typically a crazy bumpy typically Indian road you could have been anywhere. Greeted by the magnificence of colourful garden but even more colorful people. Sincere personalities out to transform any day into a very happy place. Quality and tasty endless buffet. Yes aged, but the bed is soft, you can have a hot shower and do what you do on wifi. I would happily return. Not sure what the star rating is but my experience was great. Not far by road to the Ambience Mall!

The service was wonderful, the rooms were very clean, the pool was well looked after and all the staff were fun and friendly. It is a beautiful resort very close to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through Dehli.

For European standards, this place is a no-go. Pros: big rooms and staff are very friendly. The garden is very nice. The breakfast was simple but good enough. Cons: the smell is absolutely terrible, there is no hot water, the rooms are not clean. People arrive late to the hotel from late flights and wake everyone up with the noise and dogs around the property bark for the whole night.

Very pleasant old property surrounded by lush green lawns. Enjoyed the large and quiet rooms and the warm service. Great for reaching the airport or staying over for an early morning flight.

We recently stayed here as part of our Trip A Deal holiday. We were booked elsewhere, but were changed here without warning. On arrival the resort looks lovely. The grounds are large and well maintained, the pool is gorgeous and the building is beautiful. Staff are friendly and accommodating, helpful and ensure you have everything you need. This was honestly the nicest place we stayed during our 10 days in India. There are several little issues we found though. Firstly, when in the shower, you can't adjust the shower heads so you are stuck standing in a bath tub on a weird angle to have a quick shower .... Then you get out and find the water from the shower is coming up through the drain in the floor !! Room service was lovely, some of the nicest food we ate in hotels during our holiday, although no warning that certain meals were cold - not hot as would be expected. The room was large and comfortable- although we had to ring housekeeping and request extra pillows. Which they didn't understand and they had to come into the room for me to show them what we wanted - which isn't generally a problem, but we were exhausted and in our pyjamas in bed already, even though we'd only checked in half an hour beforehand! There are moth balls in all the drains - I'm guessing to mask the sewage smells, but it's just as bad if not worse, and we couldn't work out what the strong lemon disinfectant smell was- it turns out they use car air fresheners behind the wall mounted tv's, which was quite a strong and potent smell. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly, very helpful. We did get rushed out of there though as there was a wedding party being held later in the afternoon, so even though we had booked extended stays and were having a long lunch, we had to leave and go continue our afternoon outside. Reception staff were able to book a local taxi driver for us to take a group of 6 into a local market to do some final shopping before our flights back to Australia. Overall, it was a reasonable stay, the resort just needs to improve on several issues and remember that the paying customer will continue to buy more and tip well if we are able to access the facilities they say you have access to and not feel like they are an inconvenience to them.
