The location of this property is very good. The rooms need to be refurbished. Floors , mattresses,beds.. basically the works. The house cleaning staff especially Mr Pramod is a one man army and is very sincere worker. The front office , especially the person looking after the accounts needs to be trained in customer service. He has no idea when to call and how to speak with customers. The restaurant staff is also very courteous. The two persons looking after the restaurant are really good. The hotel needs to hire more people as most of the times ,the complete property is booked by large groups and then the service gets delayed.

We stayed at Hotel on 15th and 16th January,2025 with 70 guests. I compliment staff for excellent arrangements and making our function a GRAND SUCCESS. Rooms were very spacious, neat & clean. Quality of food was good and catering services were excellent. Staff was very courteous & cooperative. Their support and efforts made our function memorable. Wish to visit again. It's worth recommending keeping ouroverall experience .

Nice and clean rooms with excellent service by the staff. Anila team is very accommodating and do their absolute best to make your event a success.

They behave rudely. It's not a professional hotel. Old hotel with below average food quality. Also provided very old room heater which doesn't work efficiently.

I had an incredible stay at Anila hotel ]! From the moment I arrived, the staff specially Ms Shikha , Ms Suman , Mr Rajesh & Mr Gagan were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home...

Room service is not upto the mark.They charge 50 rs as a Bisleri water bottle. Even they not confirm when I requested for water bottle that it is chargeable and at the time of checkout they behave very rudely.
