Welcomhotel has been a great support during my stay in Delhi. |I missed my flight back to my home country, and stayed at this hotel in haste. Long bad days have been surpressing me, and my flight miss cause a mental breakdown. The guest Manager, Maya checked up on me, and provided me with the best support you can get. You know great kind hearts when you see it, it was more than just hospitality service, it was from the heart. |But not just Maya, the whole staff was very attentive, do the best to make your stay comfortable, very kind and greets you with a great smile on their faces. |The facility of the hotel is also very nice, although at first it could seem that the facility have aged a little, it is a great architecture with spacious clean rooms, amazing comfortable beds, great wide windows. Along with great price, safte and well-facilitated location/area, and also the great food along with great customer service goes way over your expectations. Having a big supermarket downstairs is also a big plus. Welcomhotel has warmed up my last few days in India, and I highly recommend anyone to stay in this property.

It was very nice stay in welcome hotel as we came for event in the hotel. It was very big hotel so many rooms very clean and tidy floors. Restaurants are amazing with decor and food. Staff did well behaved with us. So kind and helpful nature at reception. It was our first visit and experience with WelcomHotel by ITC. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful especially Ms. Inderpreet Kaur. We were celebrating our anniversary yesterday and it was an awesome experience. Since I intimated the staff about it prior to check-in, and requested for decoration, they filled our room with red balloons and did some beautiful decoration with flowers and petals, also provided us a complimentary Chocolate Cake from their Bakery. All this was arranged by hotel staff Inderpreet Kaur, who helped us a lot in making our day more special at the WelcomHotel. She also allowed us late Check-out on our request and assisted us about all facilities available at the Hotel. Overall an enriching experience !||The Swimming pool was clean and water was pleasant, and we enjoyed a lot there. Their Sufi Night at one of their Dine-in Restaurants was also very soothing. ||Though the hotel is not fully operational yet, only 3 floors are operational as of now, i.e. the hotel main reception lobby, 6th and 7th floor. Rest of the floors are under the finishing stages of construction and will be operational soon. They are managing the hotel very efficiently, all the staff is very cooperative, helpful and humble. The location of the hotel is also very near to the International Airport and very well connected to nearby markets and central delhi and Gurugram. Rooms were very well cleaned, it was a friendly and very welcoming atmosphere at the WelcomHotel.

The place was worth staying at. Everything was smooth and staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone planning to explore Delhi can stay here on your trip. Don't forget to have breakfast added along as the spread is big and you will be satisfied with the quality.
