Treebo Royal Comfort, Delhi

I chose this hotel because it was in a convenient area for my stay and it was one of the most popular Treebo Hotels in Delhi. It's a 7-8 minute walk from the metro station - Karol Bagh, which is acceptable but not that close. I arrived late at night, the receptionist and other staff were very friendly. However, unfortunately, the bed sheets and pillowcases were not so clean, so I asked for them to be changed. They provided toilet paper and slippers. The street in front of the hotel is very busy during the day and has a very ethnic atmosphere. Good points: - All the staff are very friendly and helpful. If there was a problem, they tried to deal with it right away. - They provide water, which is helpful. - A/C works. - There is a refrigerator in the room. - Breakfast is simple but acceptable. - There is a water heater, so hot water is available. Points that need improvement: - It was described as a new hotel, but it didn't look like that. - The room was very small. - The bed was dented and not flat. - It was noisy because you could hear the sounds from the hallway, other rooms, and outdoors. - No water came out of the shower head. - Water splashed all over the place from the bathroom faucet. - The TV remote control didn't work, and although the staff came to check it out several times, they couldn't replace the batteries and the problem was not solved. The staff were all very nice, so I would like to come back, but considering the location and facilities, I feel the price is high. Is that the price in Delhi? Either way, the stay here was a wonderful memory.

Decent Stay The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast spread needs improvement. Overall, it's a decent option considering the budget. Good value for money!

Treebo stay used to be very comfortable for us throught i dian where we stayed but here it's otherwise Nighmarish experience because of bunch of mosquitos Room was not prepared for guests and the check in was bit tiresome Coffee tea items were not made properly and have to beg for it RO was requested but till check out same was not delivered Bath towels were too old and was like a room cleaning mob The person at recption was too unfriendly and could never give proper reply when asked about communicating, nearby food etc Though it's in close proximity at heart of city, getting cab or auto was difficult early morning due to heightened security The wash basin granite was projecting dangerously that anyone would get hurt TV remote was not working and also tV channels were not working too It's no5 value for money

The room is very good . Near to most of the public offices and places. The bad thing is they charge for water. It should be their responsibility to provide clean and fresh water for customers. Service is not that great.

I had a great stay at Treebo Royal Comfort during my Delhi trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. Definitely a good choice for a budget-friendly and pleasant stay.

First time in India didn't know what to expect. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good however for four out of five days stay there didn't have access to hot water even after the telling staff the staff there wasn't much that they did.
