Amazing Experience, Value for money.||Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location near shops and transport. Breakfast was fresh with decent variety. A bit of noise from other rooms, but nothing major. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value. Would stay again.

Really bad experience at the hotel, rats was moving around the corner in the allotted room.. stinky smell all over the room.. Food is expensive.. Cost of Ice cream was something like, rarest food available on planet.. 5 times the MRP was charged for the same.. No parking.. No credit/debit card accepted.. only cash was accepted.. Won't recommend to any..

First of all, the photos of this horrific hotel doesn't match with the current condition of rooms, bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty like they were never washed since the opening of this place, dirty and shabby walls, rotten furniture and etc. We had to check-out immediately and find some decent place to stay, because we couldn't imagine staying in this place even for one night. The other thing was awful and very poor support of trip.com service, we had to pay for our reservation in this "hotel" upfront because TREEBO warned me that if we do not pay for the whole stay period, they will cancel our reservation, despite the fact that according to the terms of booking we could've just paid in the hotel upon check-in, but we've paid, because it was the nearest place from the convention centre. After we checked-out, I've requested trip.com support to cancel our remaining days and refund us for the time, that we havent spent in this hotel, but every request was denied and support team haven't done ANYTHING to help us retrive our money, instead they just offered to credit our "coins" account with insignificant laughable amount that won't even be sufficient to buy a dinner in a decent restaurant, they are absolutely incompetent and useless, I will never ever use trip.com again and do not advise anyone to use it.

I booked this hotel during my stay in delhi for exhibition at Yashobhoomi international convention center, I checked in at night 11 and manager on duty Mr Om Prakash was very humble, he helped me with my baggage and even very courteous. I never expected this place to be this cozy. It felt like I am at home even the housekeeping staff is very helpful, they have decent breakfast not too many items however quality is really good. I really wanted to extend my stay but they did not had any rooms for next 3 days however my stay for 2 nights was super friendly and cozy. If any one of you is planning to visit delhi and specially for exhibition at Yashobhomi I would recommend this hotel without second thought. If you have any query during your stay ask for mr om Prakash and he will help you in every way he can

The reception uncle was too polit and humble the services were done on time and the room was pretty hygiene the food were also tasty and also we're available every time we needed with Patience the way Respetionist uncle spoke and treated uss thankyou treebo galaxy room...

I had an exceptional stay ,The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience. The amenities,the restaurant, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a first-class experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Poor rooms, overpriced, charged 2400 for spoiling the bedsheet, don't visit, go somewhere else, place and rooms are below average, used to be a cheap Oyo room
