Hotel rooms experience is so good, but at the same time front desk person is very rude enough that this experience gets away from a good review. It's equally important the attitude of the reception employee main focal point for customer satisfaction. Overall I am not satisfied.

The service wasn't great, and our room was dismal. The sheets were stained, we didn't get enough toilet paper, it felt dirty. The worse bit was our bathroom smelt terrible, we had to keep the door closed but that didn't stop the smell leeching into our room. The area around the hotel isn't nice, we got harassed a lot and there didn't seem to be any decent restaurants. Wouldn't recommend.

Hotel is in good location and at a walkable distance from karol bagh metro station and market. Hygeine and cleanliness maintained at room,lobby and dinning area. One best part about the hotel is breakfast buffet which has variety and tasty options to have. Security personnel in evening shift is such a good personality definitely he need increment from the owner,real gem of hotel.

Do not stay here. Unfortunately my Gadventures tour started and ended here and this was the WORST hotel of the trip. On both occasions I found bed bugs on the bed with uncleaned sheets. They moved me to another room but they aren't fumigating the rooms. The next room I was offered had a cockroach in it. I got them to come in and spray the room (I can deal with a cockroach but not a bed bug). The wifi is awful! Doesn't work and the staff are incredibly rude and disorganised. Do not stay here.

Not quite what I had thought. I was given a room with a bed that was not even sufficient to accommodate me.

I recently stayed at your hotel for three days. Unfortunately, my experience with your breakfast service was quite disappointing. Each morning, tea was served in disposable glasses. When I requested tea in a proper cup, my request was denied. I spoke to the manager and explained that I do not drink hot tea from disposable glasses due to health concerns. The manager insisted that with 20 years of experience, he believed it was not harmful. Despite my concerns, my request for a cup of tea to be served in my room was ignored. The refusal to accommodate a simple request for a cup of tea demonstrates a lack of regard for guest preferences and health concerns. I found this service to be very disappointing and not up to the standards one would expect from a hotel. I never recommended to stay here

The property location is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at front desk is very supportive. The room service is great. The food quality is very good and fresh hot food is served. The overall experience is superb.
