Prepaid booking was made earlier, however after approaching the reception of Jp hotel. Receptionist charged 1498 Rs extra and saying the amount if pending. Also passing the comment that with the payment you paid prepaid on portal in that price you can't get hotel in all over delhi. Refund raised for 1498 extra charged prices by hoteliers.

I have made a booking through OYO executive and paid for the booking in advance. When I reached the OYO hotel on 21 Jan 23 around 11:30 PM, I was denied the check in and extra payment was demanded by the Hotel administration. Thereafter I contacted the OYO executive over telephone and he did not helped me. It was not possible for me find another hotel at that point of time

Room was little bit good but they charge too much ..here in oyo app showing only 900 rupees but they took 2400 to me for 1 day this is not fair please avoid this oyo

Call centre agent Rakhi told false promises from OYO... Said I can have 2 days room for 1900 after coming down to hotel... It seems it was only confirmation amount and need additional 2300/- don't book online for this hotel. WASTE OF TIME... AND TRUST... HOTEL DIRECTLY DENIES DISCOUNTS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

They are liar. They did not accept Oyo booking. They were telling that we have not your booking confirmation. Room was very dirty. Much price according to rooms. Plz stay away from this hotel
