Town Pallace Inn - Hotel in New Delhi

Rooms are clean and food was delicious. Very polite staff. Ankit was very helpful in his services at the restaurant. Room and bathroom had zero ventilation. There is no proper restaurant. A banquet hall is converted to a restaurant. There is limited food options for dinner. You can see some foreign nationals staying here permanently. They go directly to the kitchen which is a safety concern for others. The ambience at the hotel is not very family friendly as it is bar attached and public has entry to the bar.

We have stayed at Town Pallace twice, both times as part of group tours. We found the service to be consistently above-average and friendly. We also enjoyed meals at the hotel, again finding the food and service to be above-average. Our rooms were cool and very clean, well appointed with extra bathroom amenities, and a good size as well. The hotel is on a busy street but that makes it close to a lot of shops and transit options.

Sh. Anuj pathak gave us nice and comfortable stay. It was my engagement day with all the hustle we got ready in ease. The food is decent and the staff is polite. Hotel rooms are clean. Must visit.

Editing the review as the management forced me to write a 5 star review first. We stayed in Oak room, which is the smallest hotel room you will find. There is space just to put the bed. There are no windows in the room, absolutely zero ventilation. Bathroom has just enough space for one person to stand. Room and bathroom were clean though. No dental kit was provided. There were constant noises coming from the corrudor throughout the night, people talking loudly, bangings etc. Do not get fooled by the pics they have in here, those were probably taken when hotel was opened or renovated. Now corridors are smelling like anything. Food: there is no proper restaurant in this hotel. They have a rooftop bar where outsiders will also come, so that is not an option for a family. On the ground floor they have a banquet hall where they will serve food. The hall is smelly, probably from the never ever cleaned carpet. Once when we were having dinner, they put up a partition and divided the hall and some conference was happening on the other side. It was too noisy with their meeting and a birthday celebration. Management should ensure the guests will have a quiet dinner. Food was good though Service: the staff are all very helpful, especially Ankit who was always ready to help with anything. Management should give a raise to him. Guests: there were some foreigners here. Not sure if they were tourists or not. During our trip, we stayed here for 2 separate nights (through MakeMyTrip)and the same foreigners were here both times. They were directly walking into the kitchen! Which hotel allows guests directly walk into the kitchen as it would compromise safety of all other guests. They didn't seem like tourists as all the staff knew them very well. Overall people should try to avoid this hotel if possible. If MakeMyTrip or any other agency books this hotel for you, then try to get another one.

One of the finest properties in town I've ever stayed. Right from check in to check, to the entire crew under the leadership of Mr. Ajay is very hospitable. 24/7 on feet service is something what they provide. Highly recommended stay if ever in Delhi. Cherry on the top is metro station is hardly 2 min walk:p

It's a nice property on road easy to reach , the 2nd name of hospitality we can say it HOTEL TOWN PALACE .Room are very clean, Staff is very helpful, Always ready to help . Specially MR AJAY GUPTA ( GM OF THE HOTEL) is the persons who ready to help in every manor . We booked hotel for our group and got all services up to the mark. We highly recommend this hotel. The stay was pretty good. The rooms are clean, the front desk guys are very welcoming and helpful with everything you need. The breakfast is goods, with some options for the foreigners. For sure I'll be back once I'm in New Delhi, the stay was pleasant.
