Tony Inn Hotel

A wonderful and comfortable hotel with reasonably sized rooms. The hotel was great in every factor but the location had abundance of mosquitos. You won't be able to utter a word without tasting a mosquito which will have flown into your mouth. Overall, the hotel rooms and service are legendary, but the breakfast was not too good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tony Inn Hotel in Delhi. The rooms were extremely unsafe, with poor security and inadequate facilities that made me feel uneasy throughout my stay. On top of that, the food was absolutely pathetic--completely lacking in taste and quality, and it seemed unhygienic as well. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless these issues are addressed. This is not the level of service or safety anyone should expect when booking accommodation.

Ambiance: Nothing special to right but overall impression and during our stay for 4 days is that hotel is well maintained with good focus on cleanliness. Parking: No dedicated parking. At the maximum only 3 cars can be parked that too on hotel ramp and the road is very busy. Rooms and washrooms: Clean rooms with comfortable bed, though not very spacious, just ok for 2 people. Washrooms are fine. Food: We had a la carte dinner and all the preparations were good. Breakfast buffet spread though limited but everything tasted good. Service: The unethical business of over charging for drinking water exists here. They are so hard skinned that they don't care at all - of course not because they are in the profit making business and selling water way above MRP gives them high markup. Also the tariff is very nearly equal to big & small chain hotels where one can get better value. One can surely give this property a miss if paying exorbitant charge for water impacts you. FSSAI should evaluate their kitchen to see with type of water they use for cooking.

Good Hotel, Neat & Clean Rooms. Rooms are small in size. Food Quality is good

One of the worst experiences we have, we had booked 9 rooms for a marriage function stay from 19th Jan 2024 to 21 Jan 2024. First of all when we checked in, one of the rooms no. 105 we got, was smelling terrible of dead rat. When contacted their reception, firstly they denied it & then after much argument they agreed to change the room. Secondly the quality of food was hopeless, in fact every one of us staying there are suffering from high dysentery & vomiting. To top it all the Front Reception staff was very very rude & arrogant. They were very adamant & were not ready to cooperate at all. They knew that we had booked the rooms for stay during our marriage functions & had requested late check out at 12pm at time of booking itself as we will be back in morning itself, but they started calling us at 11:00 am itself & very rudely told our guests to immediately vacate the rooms. We again requested them to kindly at least give us an hour extra but these guys were very very rude. They spoke very arrogantly & harshly to our guests. Avoid going to this horrible property at any cost. Worst experience in all.

Good one but need to improve parking facilities

Room"s cleanliness, staff behavior, food, service everything is top notch! Location wise very much well connected. Will definitely visit again and recommended to others!
