Had a wonderful experience at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel. The hospitality was truly top-notch--every staff member was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-trained. They made sure every little detail was taken care of with utmost professionalism. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that impressed both in taste and presentation. This is a wonderful hotel located at a very nice location. The hotel has all the amenities. The banquet hall is huge and can accommodate several hundreds of people even for corporate events. The staff is courteous, food is good, ambience is good. The ambiance is truly luxurious, and the staff is exceptionally polite and attentive at reception. The hospitality was outstanding, making me feel right at home. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious - a perfect complement to the overall experience! Raj sir made sure we experienced the ultimate in hospitality, this gentleman knows how to delight his customer fantastic stay! The staff are very good and cooperative. The outside Delhi location is killing it.

We booked this venue for a full-day wedding reception, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The front office, event staff, and service team were all incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Their coordination and support made everything run smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely recommend this place for any special occasion.

Made my niece birthday very bad due to selecting this resort for staycation. - Injured my feet in swimming pool as there were broken glasses in all over the pool. - there were no switch board in bathroom, wires were open. - kettle handle was broken, anybody lift it and may gets the hot water fall on the feet or hands. - Whole night nobody slept in three families because we were playing with mosquitoes. - Refrigerator was leaking. Please don't waste money and make ur staycation or any function worst. Don't book it.

Our experience at Tivoli Resort, Alipur, on February 12-13 was very disappointing. We booked 80 rooms for two days, but the management failed to provide even basic hospitality. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were leaking and had a bad smell, and the surroundings were untidy. Their card machine was also not working, which caused inconvenience. Such mismanagement is unacceptable for a venue that hosts big events.||However, we appreciate Mr. Bhavnish for decorating the venue beautifully. His hard work made the space look amazing, from the stage setup to the floral arrangements. The lighting and colors created a great atmosphere for our guests.||A big thank you to Chef Mr. Narender and Mr. Prakash for the delicious food. Every dish was full of flavor, and our guests enjoyed it a lot. Their dedication was truly appreciated.||We also thank Mr. Amit for his help in managing everything smoothly. His support made a big difference in handling the arrangements.||Though the overall hospitality was disappointing, the decor, food, and efforts of these individuals were the best part of our event.
