The Town House JPS Near Live well pharmacy

Please DO NOT book this hotel at any cost. Pay more for other hotels but never this. I arrived 1am from airport and they have pinned wrong location in Google maps. After calling them they were yelling that they can't wait for me. I booked another cab to other location they sent. Once I arrived. They didn't pick my call. Standing alone with street dogs barking at me and with two heavy luggage. May god give you punishment of what you did to me. I wish you burn in hellfire.

I like it.... My experience was too good.. also staff are so polite... They treat me like a friend... Welcoming me ... When I went this hotel.. they ask me for water...

They asked me to pay 500 more on over and above oyo charge which i already paid. no intercom to call and ask for room service guy as if it was a guesthouse of some small village. and if you ask for toiletries they will take more than an hour to get that. I legit had to go downstairs thrice to remind them " Please gimme some water and toiletries. pathetic experience. i wish i could rate then in minus

Rooms are not clean, there is unpleasant smell in the rooms somewhat like cigarette. Especially the staff working there are not supportive at all.

scam when we went there he said rooms are full and to he oyo says we haven't checked in. no refund. and ended up going to just opposite oyo

Checkin experience was very bad. There are charging 500 extra. And Oyo customer support can't transfer me to any hotel. Very bad experience

The experience I had at this hotel was very bad. The staff were rude, the food was terrible and the rooms were not clean. The management is not good and they are not helpful in any way.
