We recently hosted Mata ki Chowki at the venue which was a great experience. Manisha Ma'am, Thanks for an excellent management and execution of the event. Food, service...everything was superb and our guests had a great time. Mr Jaggi was very helpful and took care of everything. What was promised was delivered. Great job by your entire team !!!

I stayed at the hotel for two days and was completely satisfied with my experience. The staff were very friendly, and the room service was excellent. The receptionist was particularly accommodating. When my flight was delayed at the last moment, they allowed me to extend my stay by three hours upon request, without charging me for the late check-out.

Worst place to organise any party. We had organised the marriage party of my brother recently and the experience was horrible. When we entered the floor there was something in their environment which was making the eyes uncomfortable. Everybody was having this problem but we managed. The service was very poor. During the entry of the bride in which smoke was used, their ACs went down. The whole floor was filled with the smoke and they were not having any arrangements to clear it. Everybody was having difficulty in breathing. We came out of the floor and asked the management to do some quick actions but they do not have any options. They did not do anything. The service and the quality of food was very poor.

Extremely Disappointed with the Management I recently organized marriage at this hall, and I must say the management was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed disorganized from the start -- there was no clear direction, and guests were left confused. The air conditioning barely worked, and when we brought it up to the management, they just shrugged it off. Food service was another disaster -- long delays, cold dishes,The worst part? No one from the management team took responsibility or even tried to apologize for the inconvenience. For the price charged, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a special event.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely the worst--bland, repetitive, and lacking variety across all functions. Despite paying a hefty amount, the service was just as disappointing--slow, unprofessional, and indifferent to guests' needs. The worst part? They demand full payment before your event, and once they have their money, they stop caring about your experience. No effort was made to accommodate requests or improve the service. If you're planning an event, stay away from this place--it's not worth the stress or the money

The hotel is very nice and staff are also good. the service is also very nice. they don't have restaurant in hotel and only serves in the room. even they don't provide buffet breakfast Inspite they serve breakfast in the room with pre-defined menu. we requested for 45mins late checkout and they allowed without charge. there are two shopping malls at walkable distance. it is just 1.1km from metro station.

An awesome experience, we needed a venue with a very short duration for arrangement of marriage function. Ambience, food quality, and hospitality of staff was good

I have stayed at this hotel before and liked the room and the food. However, experience this time was a bit disappointing. Premium room was quite spacious but lacked luxury. Bathroom was too small and amenities very poor. Room did not even have a refrigerator. On the plus side, check-in and checkout was quite smooth.
