I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Very good experience with this hotel, great hospitality, the room were clean and comfortable, nice stay and good food. It was close to markets, shops, restaurants and other amenities. Many thanks to Mr Swagat (The Manager) for all the help and assistance as well as the other staffs. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family

Decent hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast they try to change everyday but you cant really complain, staff happy to make you extra egg / tea. Staff very nice and helpful. Room is okay, extra bed very nice & soft. Bathroom & towel very unhygienic.

Title: Unpleasant Experience Due to Incompetent Receptionist I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and was left extremely disappointed, primarily because of the receptionist, Rajiv. From the moment I arrived, his unprofessional demeanor and lack of helpfulness set a negative tone for my entire stay. Rajiv seemed indifferent to my inquiries and was unresponsive when I needed assistance. When I asked about my reservation, he barely glanced at the computer and seemed confused, which resulted in a long wait. Instead of offering solutions, he was dismissive and curt, making me feel unwelcome. The hotel itself had potential, but Rajiv's attitude overshadowed everything. I expected a warm welcome and helpful service, but instead, I felt frustrated and ignored. I hope management addresses this issue because it truly ruined my experience. I won't be returning.

Good budget Hotel in middle of Karol bag; Basic cleanliness was there. Only issue was food. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for us which resolved our purpose for night stay during our travelling. Vehicles might have problem to reach the location as it is in middle of Karol bag market

My stay at the hotel was very good. The location is in a crowded area, which is just a minor problem during hotel check-in and check-out. Cab and auto drivers create quite a fuss about coming to the hotel in that area. The hotel staff was very nice. The food at the hotel was good. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was simple and nice. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant.

Title: Disappointing Stay: Poor Room Service and Food Quality My recent stay at this was marred by disappointing room service and food quality. Room service requests were slow and often forgotten, while the food at the restaurant was bland and poorly prepared. Overall, the lackluster service and dining experience left much to be desired. Management should address these issues for future guests' satisfaction. I am left with very unpleasant and dissatisfied experience. Won't recommend anyone.

Very friendly staff, the whole team has been very helpful. Our stay was made v pleasant as everybody helped. But hotel and rooms v badly need improvement. Furniture needs to be replaced... Rooms should be completely renovated. Towels n other room items should also be replaced. Bathroom in deplorable state!!
