TAJ HOME STAY DWARKA

I had the misfortune of staying at Taj Home stay, at Dwarka, Delhi on 19th and 20th February, 2025. The most horrible stay experience! Although the room was booked in advance, my stay was arranged in another hotel and not in Taj Home stay. Next morning I had the most horrible experience as the flush did not work properly and therefore had to clean the toilet manually by myself. Leave alone of other few experiences like inordinate delay in bringing a kettle. After paying so much money, what I got was compulsion of cleaning the toilet myself! After complaining, the stay was arranged in Taj Home stay just to find that many basic things like kettle, glasses, etc. are missing. Next morning, as I pointed out that there is no hot water from the shower, the attendant switched on a random irregular switch and rectified the problem. When asked why I wasn't made aware of this particular different looking switch, the Manager Naveen was completely indifferent and rude and started arguing. Never had a stay experience where I had to clean the toilet in a hotel. Worst hotel to stay. Rating is in minus.

Additionally, the Airport Express line Metro (Dwarka 25) is a mere 40 metres from the hotel, providing quick and easy access to the airport and other parts of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The decor is tasteful and modern, adding a touch of elegance to the homely atmosphere. The staff at Taj Homestay are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or ensuring my room was perfect, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect start to my day, especially before heading to a busy schedule at the IICC.
