Don't believe the photos you see of the rooms. Those are greatly exaggerated or represent just one room, not all rooms in that category. To be fair, the hotel is alright, good even, but the photos of the hotel are what convinced me to book a room here so I was let down by what I actually saw. I booked the double deluxe room - the supposedly premium stay - but the room was tiny and didn't deliver on the promises of a city view and balcony as the pictures show. WiFi is strong. Hot water is available. Decent number of charging points around the room. Food service is available and good. The bed is comfortable and service is good too. The buffet breakfast was sad - it happens in a eerily half-lit banquet hall in the basement with 2-3 varieties of food, all made to an average standard. The tea was a saving grace. So 3 stars here from an underwhelmed customer.

This is a very good hotel, we stayed here for about 4 days, the food here was also very tasty and the rooms are very clean, the location is also very beautiful and service of the hotel is really impressive

I visited hotel month of February and all over front office staff is very good room are very well maintained specially deluxe room of categery the manager (apoorva) is very helpful for everything.
