nice hotel and great amenities, housekeeping supervisor deepak gupta was very helpful. service was very good and good location. the pool was very nice and so was the food. the rooms were great and cleaned. very friendly staff. i from room 307

We checked in early hours of 25th March . The staff of Hotel SK Premium are very kind . The food is excellent. The restaurant staff were very courteous. Hotel SK premium hospitality is awesome. Not up the mark, not maintained well, needs renovations, every room has a problem, the wifi doesn't work properly, some plug points don't work, it came out of socket, breakfast buffet needs more interesting options, changes we can suggest; would suggest soft sweet pancakes, not always spicy foods, perhaps bacon, better quality bread, someone should be at egg station continuously. The room service people are nice, they always clean the room really nice and are quite prompt to come and clean and also when we order, at the breakfast bar Puran was very kind and got us warm tea when we needed it, he was helpful and kind

Huge facility with unmaintained amenities and negligent staff. for every problem or requirement I had to give the ring to reception twice. When the room door entry card was mismanaged, I had to visit the reception twice as no one turned up when a particular problem was reported first time.

3rd-grade service 3rd-grade staff turned out to be very rude when you complained about the problem. Will not suggest anyone stay here Booked 20-plus rooms for my guest for a pre-wedding function all of them have some sort of problem regarding their rooms The flush is not working doors are not opening Ac is not working

The hotel needs a bit of work, the toilets need to be deep cleaned, bathrooms need better lighting, lift is a little slow, the manager was a bit iffy, breakfast buffet needs more options however Puran at the dining hall was very kind and helpful, he always had a smile on his face.

I recently stayed at SK premium and I had a great experience. The staff Pradeep and Pradeep Panday was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
