Seventh Sense - All Day Dining Restaurant

Terrible food, the taste, flavours, all were so bad. We had non veg starters, veg starters- both bad in taste. Soup was done 1/2 it was literally 2 tablespoons and non veg one was smelling. In maincourse we had dal, roti, butter chicken, chicken masala- everything was poor in taste. Even the roti was poorly made. On top of that the server took away gin glass from our table while there was still some in there. :/ The music was same repeating track, it felt like a torture! We specifically went here because it used to be really good and it is luxurious place. But had totally disappointing experience.

I recently visited the Seven Seas Hotel for their much-anticipated Delhi-6 food festival, and while the food itself was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The Good: The food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes that lived up to the theme of the event. From street food favorites to rich, flavorful curries, the menu captured the essence of Delhi-6. The taste was great across the board, and the chefs clearly put effort into ensuring authenticity in each dish. The Bad: Unfortunately, the positives ended there. For a hotel marketed as a 5-star establishment, the overall experience was disappointing. In my opinion, Seven Seas Hotel operates more like a banquet hall with rooms, and the service I encountered did not reflect a luxury standard at all. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we had to wait for over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The restaurant manager, Mr. Shivraj, was shockingly rude--arguably the rudest person I've encountered in the hospitality industry. When we requested a different table, as the one provided was not suitable, his response was curt and unprofessional, saying it was the only option available and we could leave if we didn't like it. To make matters worse, it was incredibly difficult to reach the manager or anyone from the reservations team in the first place. After calling over 30 times, I finally got through, but it still took them another 40 minutes to allocate a table. This lack of attentiveness and respect for guests' time is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as high-end. Overall, while the food was a highlight, the poor service and lack of hospitality made it an experience I wouldn't recommend, particularly if you're expecting a true 5-star dining experience. There's potential here, but a serious overhaul in customer service is needed.

Seven sense is a beautiful restaurant. The restaurant is very decent n good maintenance for family, friends, n all. The serviceing is outstanding it's located in rohini. The theme of the event is very authentic cuisine from all our the country. All the items were appetizing n delicious with beautiful presentation. In desert they had various types of sweet.

The restaurant is very decent and good for few family dinning out. Services by servers are good. Try their jackfruit vegetarian rice its very flavourful. Parking is available by valet. restaurant is situated on 3rd floor. Easily accessible by wheelchair

Hotel services are extremely good..... Behaviour of staff is also good

We usually go here for their old Delhi buffet but this time went for an A La Carte, booked table 2 days prior still on arrival they didn't have a proper table for us. Took them almost 10 mins to find us the right table. Restaurant was almost 80% occupied and their service was HORRIBLE! It took them more than 20mins to get our bill which was incorrect too. I would like you all to make sure to check your bill before paying here, because twice it has happened with us that they get you an incorrect bill and when paid via card it takes them way too long to refund and needs too many follow ups for the same!!
