I attended a wedding here last night, but due to sudden rain disrupting the outdoor setup, we had to dine at the restaurant. The service team was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh, and they did a fantastic job of quickly creating a comfortable dining space for everyone. Kudos to the team!||

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Seven Seas Hotel. What's most concerning is that the management appears more focused on manipulating public perception than improving guest experience. During my stay, I was approached and encouraged to leave a positive review in exchange for incentives. This practice raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the high ratings this hotel displays online. In reality, the service was far below expectations. Rooms were not well-maintained, cleanliness was questionable, and basic amenities were either malfunctioning or missing altogether. Staff seemed disinterested, and responsiveness was slow, if at all. It's unfortunate that a property with potential relies on misleading tactics rather than genuine hospitality. I urge future guests to be cautious and rely on honest, verified reviews before booking.
I visited Seven Seas for their Baisakhi Food Festival and was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality. The serving team and managers were exceptional--knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. They introduced us to a variety of local delicacies that were absolutely outstanding. Overall, it was a refined and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Attended a family function here. Starters were delicious, Indian snacks were average, Main course was average, Salads were good, Soup was delicious, Desserts could have been better, Service was good, Ambiance was good. Now let's point out where they need major improvement: Tip expectations of valet staff who just wouldn't leave till we paid him(we told him thank you for delivering the car and told him we will have to wait for a family member and asked him to leave, but he just smiled and stood at the car gate even when other guests needed the valet to retrieve their car. So my husband finally paid him to get him to leave). Tip is VOLUNTARY. If I like the service, I may OR MAY NOT tip. Everyone is getting paid for the job so do not think tip is a payment of your work. Sad part is that this habit of not leaving till the tip is paid or forcing us to explicitly say no, is prevalent in five star properties where you are already paying high prices for such 'free' services.
It was an amazing stay, there was a manager Mr. Akash Rajput, he helped me a lot, definitely recommend this hotel! The staff was great, room was great had no problems at all. The breakfast had a wide arrangement of options and was very good. Mr. Shy Am the bell captain was very good, made us feel very comfortable and took very good care of us. He made sure to accommodate our needs and answer any questions we had. The gym had a nice arrangement of machines to use to keep you feel active and healthy.ing

Worst hotel to hold an event. I booked their hotel for my sister's wedding and had the worst possible hospitality experience in my life. The staff was rude and lied to guests. We had paid for extra beds in all our rooms (I booked 50) and, when we asked for them, we were told extra beds are not available. My guests had to sleep on their carpets while covering themselves with their coats, as the hotel did not even have extra blankets to give to my guests. Mr Akash Singhal, with the sales team, will make a lot of promises but will not be available to you when a complaint or an issue arises. I had been promised a refund on the extra beds, but the team does not pick up my calls anymore. Highly unprofessional staff. Do not make the mistake of booking this hotel for an important event. They don't care about their guests, nor their reputation. UPDATE: They've replied here, but no one from the team has reached out to us or picked up our calls or replied to our emails. -
