Saltstayz Select - Pitampura

Had 22 rooms booked for a wedding, with buffet lunches and whatnot. Thought it'd be chaotic right frok the get. But believe it it or not i haven't seen such a smooth experience since the checkin to the checkout. Amazing homely food, nice and clean rooms, appreciable people. Good vibes all around.

I experienced some issues during my stay at the hotel. Despite there being available rooms, the staff denied my request to change rooms as there was no mobile network in my room. Additionally, I ordered something from room service, but it never arrived. My stay was for 3 nights I only got water on the very first day.

Worst experience ever. First of all the rooms were not at all clean upon check-in. The bedding provided was in very bad condition and dirty. There were pesticides all around the hotel. Rats were seen running around the rooms and corridors. No water supply during the stay. We had made several complaints but all we were told is it won't happen again or there won't be another issue happening on site, but we just had to leave the hotel and stay someplace else. Upon discussing for a refund, the staff just refused to do anything. Would have given negative stars if it would have been possible. The hotel is not at all sanitized and the staff is very rude.

3 Star Experience That Fell Short I checked in around the evening, paid over 3000 INR plus tax, expecting a decent 3-star experience, but unfortunately, it didn't meet those expectations. The room I was given was very small and didn't seem to justify the price. The blanket provided was shabby, and there was no extra blanket available despite the winter chill. The room lacked basic amenities--no dental kit, no slippers, and the cleanliness was subpar. The towels, when I finally found them, didn't look fresh. The hand towel was also missing, which I found odd for a place claiming to be a 3-star. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. It didn't feel like a 3-star hotel at all. I hope they can improve their maintenance and service to match their rating. Would not recommend unless they address these issues.

Saw a GIANT rat on first the day in the hotel on our floor outside the room. They're definitely paying for these 5 star reviews. We had to buy towels and face towels to not make contact with their garments. When we asked for an extra towel we were denied because they said they can only give us one towel per person in the room.... There was no water one of the days in the entire hotel so we couldn't use the bathroom for hours. Toilet literally had a poop stains and the bedsheet had yellow marks on it as well when we first checked in and had to request a change of sheets. We checked out early and went to an actual hotel.

Horrible experience, rooms were extremely small and just filthy. We asked staff to bring fresh sheets/towels and just clean the rooms, they somehow came back with worse looking sheets/towels. During our short 2 day stay, we saw a rat roaming around the stairs. Asked for toilet paper since the bathroom was empty, staff said yes and never came. Absolutely horrible experience overall.

All over great experience Very well managed staff helped us manage our 50 people very well
