Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Paschim Vihar

Best price from this site. Front desk person were very helpful specially Ankita. Reached 12pm but as per hotel policies check in time was 2pm but front desk staff understood the situation and tried to give me room as soon as possible. Because of family of 4 I had to book 2 rooms and they gave me connecting rooms which was very convenient for us with children. Rooms were big enough for 2 to 3 person. Aircon was good and silent. No noise around the hotel and we had a good sleep through out the stay. Though they claim 5 star but finishing of rooms were not upto that standards. Still dust on desk and finishing of rooms were not up to standards. Daily cleaning was perfect. Lot of security on the entrance. Place is very secure. Easy to get uber taxi to and from the location. Other side of the hotel have Domino's and across the street KFC, MC Donald and other restaurant. Shopping is around 10 mins with E rickshaws. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a delightful breakfast experience. The variety of options was impressive, catering to different tastes with fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order items. The quality of the food was excellent, and everything was well-presented. The staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall enjoyment, making it a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!

I attended the wedding functions of my friend here. The food was okish and the arrangements of the functions were also not upto Radisson's standards. I as a guest attending wedding faced an issue in going to the pool area for one of the functions since also guesting staying at the hotel had the key cards to access the area. Moreover, the key cards issued to us separately was also not functioning. Overall a very average rating for the overall experience I had. Although the halls were decent sized and I loved the pool area.

To start with I stayed here for a very long duration i.e for a month.. And I tell you the hotel and its staff made me feel like I was their family and at home.. The warmth they displayed was noticeable. Would like to thank Preeti ji for her impeccable house keeping support. Spl thanks to Suresh ji to be prompt with handling and delivery of my laundry. Aditya at the common level 2 restaurant took utmost care of my food preferences and his services were on point. Lastly and most significant, my special thanks and appreciation to Ms Reena ji for her mannerism, attitude , warmth and professionalism. She made sure I was absolutely comfortable and taken care of. She paid minute attention to my requests and requirements irrespective of my erratic work schedule. I found her to be the most professional person on the team. All in all I had a grt experience!!

We stay here for so long for business work but the culture of radisson good staff is so kind and Hamble specifically ms. Surbhi daily when we came for dinner she greet us so kindly and ask about our stay and comfortability. Also thanks Mr. Sanjeev he is good amazing and cheerful manager overtime when he is in resturant we enjoy.

Electrician Nitin was very pleasant and the staff was quite helpful. Room service was a pain to reach because the landlines were almost always engaged. The rooms were nice, could've been cleaner. And despite a late checkin there were no bathrobes already set for us. Half the lamps weren't working. Overall a highly average experience but great for the price in Delhi.

The food in the breakfast buffet was great. There are a lot of options in veg and non veg. The service is great and they are polite. The atmosphere is very modern and peaceful. There are a lot of beverages both hot and cold. Overall the best and the heaviest breakfast I had in my life.Please pray for my toilet.

We came to have breakfast at Level 2 restaurant and everyone enjoyed a lot just because of great buffet spread and special attention by Manager Mr Sanjeev and his team . Thanks to Tarun and chef...............we will come again and will suggest friends also. ENJOYED MUCH
