We selected this hotel because of the great reviews we saw for it on different platforms and the pictures posted online. However, we had the worst experience of our lives during this one day stay. First, they allotted us a very filthy room which was not cleaned at all, we were unsure if the bedsheets were changed or not as it was stained. The cupboard had glasses with alcohol and to top it all, the room smelled very bad. |When we complained, they did shift us to another room which was slightly better than the previous one in terms of cleanliness. But it was dingy and has a wierd smell. To top this all, there were a lot of mosquitoes and the staff didn't even have a repellent. We could have still managed with all this but the biggest issue which led to our worst experience was the proximity of our room to the reception area. The hotel staff was playing loud music and chit-chatting loudly pretty much the whole time during our stay, so much so that we couldn't sleep in the night at all.

I am really surprised while viewing the reviews people have written here except one or two customers whom reviews are original. We had such a weird experience with hotel and staff as we booked the room through OYO @ the price of Rs.1100/- but to our surprise when we reached to check in they simply denied to give the room and said we will have to pay Rs. 1500/- as OYO quota is finished and we will have to take the room through hotel itself. When we called up OYO customer care and started talking with them , reception person said they well give the room at OYO booking price. Is it not a totally non professionalism and non sense behavior. Not this only we checked in at 11.35 and till 3.45 there was no light in the rooms. Lift was not working and at the age of 65 my uncle had to take stairs to go into room. No towel , no soap nothing was available and at last we left the room and checked in another hotel. It was a real horrible experience and we do not know to whom we can tell this harassment we went through. I request you all never ever chose this hotel if you read our this scaring and horrible experience.

Hotel is very pathetic and no professional talk. I never suggest someone to book the hotel. They took money in check in and service is not in their list. From last 2 days I am asking for my bill but they are not responding.
