The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay

maintenance is not proper there is water coming out in the room from AC. Some rooms are ok but not maintained well.

Well mannered staff, neat rooms & quick services.

It's a decent 2.5-3 star hotel, conveniently located next to More supermarket. We needed to check-in at 3am and the manager made it happen without any issues. While the room service wouldn't be top notch, you can trust them to try their best to take care of your needs. The rooms were spacious and the AC/fan/bathroom/beds/sofa/lights were all in good condition. All in all if you're looking for a simple place to crash in the area, this is a great value for money compared to some of the Oyo rooms nearby.

The owner Mr. Rajput took good care of us. We arrived a bit early by flight and we were accommodated by the hotel. This is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms an bathroom were clean and there was hot water (upon request). ||||The breakfast was good and they brought us tea when requested (decent vegetarian offering). The service was very good and we appreciated the promptness of the staff. They don't have a hotel, but can order off the menu from a hotel nearby.||||The location was excellent since we needed to eb in the heart of VikasPuri.||||Be advised that the hotel primarily caters to wedding parties so availability can be difficult. We stayed there on our outbound journey, but the hotel was unavailable during the return.

Booked some rooms here for family. Had quite an unpleasant experience. The management is inflexible and unaccomodating to requests. The impolite behavior only suggests the absence of any idea of 'customer orientation' here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

positives-- nice open lobby with outside view,spacious room and corridor,nearby area good,service prompt,nice sofa and table in room,excellent breakfast||negatives-- yellow lighted room(prefer white light study),no geyser,had to ask for oyo package,room was not properly prepared||over all nice experience!!!!!!
