Palm Green Hotel & Resort

Great resort for weddings. Great place and helpful staff (with some exceptions). I would like to specially thank Nyasha (apologies if the spelling is not correct) at the reception, she was extremely helpful and helped us with smallest requests pertaining to requirements of the marriage in order to make the it a success. I am very grateful to her. The food is delicious and the property itself is beautiful. It is a beautiful place to just kick back and relax as well. Tipping culture is a bit prominent here and some of the other staff did come off as a bit rude. But all in all everything was a success and hence I don't have many complaints.

I had a truly experience during my stay at hotel and i would especially like to appreciate Ms. Divya kanyal at the front office .from the moment I arrived she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Divya was always polite professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay . I wish her all the best in her career

I will give him one star due to slow process in room check in and un hygiene washroom ... I don't expect this type of ignorance from these type of resorts ... One More thing I want to add on is that when I check out my room and I'm waiting for my cab and I asked the receptionist for wifi password he clearly denied say that you check out sir ....these type of service I can't expect from these .. So I suggest you to kindly avoid doing Events and room booking here

The property is a suitable venue for organizing corporate or personal events. Special mention to Praveen ji, who always remains as a tremendous support for the guests. Staff is also good.

I was very excited to attend the marriage of my sister in law but after visiting the premises I was very disappointed. Rooms are in worst condition. No maintainece of anything. Breakfast options are limited. No taste of food in Breakfast. Service at wedding is very bad. No proper mobile networks are inside the rooms. My relative spent more than 35 lacs for this function. We can make this function memorable at this price tag in any 5 star Resorts or Hotel. Management should think about this that they can not run long with this service gesture.

"Palm Green? More like Palm Garbage." I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at Palm Green was so terrible, it felt like a personal attack. I asked the staff to take care of my car--they completely ignored it. When I got it back, it was filthy, like it had been abandoned outside for days. No apology, no explanation, just total negligence. The staff overall? Rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. And don't expect anything extra--this place has zero amenities. Nothing to make your stay comfortable or even remotely enjoyable. The whole place is a joke--and not a funny one. Stay literally anywhere else. Palm Green is a complete waste of time and money. You'd be better off sleeping in your car--at least then it'll stay cleaner.

The hotel ambience is good ,the staff of the hotel is also very humble.I like the services , specially Divya Mam (front office) having very polite nature and she is very good at her job ,The food of the hotel is quite good ,I always love to visit at hotel. Overall I prefer to go hotel and having a 2-3 days stay over there

Palm greens was okayish. The service was slow. Though the staff was polite all the time. Food was also good. The rom service was always delayed. And yes the hotel was under some construction for renovation purpose.
