Worst Experience Ever (Beware of fake 5 star reviews)- Avoid This Hotel! I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking well in advance, I was told upon arrival that no room was available for me. The staff seemed completely unbothered and claimed they were overbooked, as if that was somehow my problem. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money to "arrange" a room for me. This was blatant extortion, and their attitude was unapologetic and unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation, knowing I didn't have many options at the last minute. I ended up having to leave and find another place to stay, which was not only inconvenient but also extremely stressful after a long day of travel. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs. If you value reliability and respect as a guest, look elsewhere. This hotel doesn't deserve your business. Rating: 0/10. Never again!

The staff at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The check-in experience was smooth. The parking space is wonderful. Great hotel with superb cleanliness and amazing staff....
