Orana Aurnum Mayapuri | Hotel and Banquet

We would have given a 5 star rating but the girl ar the reception, Komal is misbehaved and ill mannered. Have adviced her to behave nicely , yet she argues without an apology. A good experience can be turned sour because of one staff!! Will not want to visit again if she is here

Orana Aurnum is an easy-to-reach banquet and hotel. Its spacious interiors make it a worthy place for hosting private events & gatherings. Fresh, food, delicious snacks, and drinks enhance experience. Attended a birthday party which was well-managed by the staff. The sole drawback--Lack of parking area owing to its location. Valet parking isn't upto the mark.

I had a sundowner wedding so i booked their terrace area however, the swimming pool had no water. Vedi placement was unsatisfactory due to which photographer could not click any sunset photographs. My main event turned out to be least from what i expected. Otherwise food service and waiters were good. I would therefore rate it average. Spent way too much for just average.

It was osm stay we are here for business trip this booking done by my company room was very clean food is good all. Service staff are very helpful they at reception smiley face .. always available for welcome..........................................i recommend to my all friends and colleagues for this hotel

The place is spacious and strategically located on a bigger road, with ample availabiliy of public transport . Large spaces on road for parking. Food was great, lipsmacking, sumptuous with large variety of eatables from north indian cousine. The staff was effcient , attentive, professional and polite. Beautiful decor and ambiance Spacious layout Excellent lighting and sound system Cleanliness and well-maintained facility Overall a great and satisfying experience. I'll recommend it to my friends and family members for their events.

wonder ambience and staff behaviour is very good .food quality is untimate, over all experience is excellent. Parking -good. Location -good. Snacks- served little bit not as per my expectations. Food - served hot . Over all experience is good.

I know 3 star hotels don't have soundproofing but this was ridiculous. It's impossible to get any sleep here as they seem to entertain loud parties well past the midnight deadline. Staff was also very reluctant to enforce any rules. The food was decent occasionally, very average other times. But it was mainly the constant disturbance of staff moving stuff loudly around outside the rooms late at night which made the experience here really bad.
