New Orange Tree Intercity Hotel Delhi

Recently I had a one night stay with my friend, First of all the service was excellent especially the behavior of the staff and the Manager Mr. Pappu. The room was clean, food was nice, another thing is the location as the market is very nearby. Overall a nice experience and i would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel.

The room provided for my booking was very clean and hygienic. The hotel is conveniently located near the Karol Bagh Metro station and adjacent to a bustling market for branded clothes and electronics. The hotel staff was very polite, and the food was good too!

It's a wonderful hotel.....A must stay....Very clean bathroom and Room with good service.....All the famous Tourist destinations are quite close....

This hotel had been booked by our travel agent at the last moment by cancelling the stay that we had booked 1 month prior. Honestly, if I ever had to book it I would never have done so looking at the reviews. The hotel looks classy at the reception but the rooms are totally a different thing. Looks as if the hotel had been built few years back and never renovated since then. The AC had a central button to be switched on. Aftr calling the reception they did turn it on but there was no cooling effect at all. The bedsheets looked as if they hadn't been changed after the last use. Just outside our room there was a area that looked as if it was meant for smoking. The entire area smelt of smoke, on opening the door our room would be full of dat cigarette smoke. The washrooms weren't upto the mark. The Tv didnt work. It seemed like every thing dat you touch in the hotel would be broken. The top sheet on the bed had holes. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. The most pathetic stay I ever had in my entire life.

I stay in this hotel 04 days,its very comfortable and well suited for a pleasant stay .the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent stay
