New Hotel Northern Palace

I stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well-maintained, offering good comfort for the price. Location-wise, it's a bit tricky to reach due to the narrow lanes and usual traffic in the area, especially if you're coming with luggage or by cab. We booked through MakeMyTrip and paid 1600 per room for double occupancy, which also included breakfast. The breakfast spread is minimal but decent for a quick bite in the morning. Special mention to the service staff - they're quick, responsive, and efficient in their work, which made the stay smoother. Overall: Good value for money if you're okay with navigating a slightly congested approach

Hotel is very clean & neat. Staff are very cooperative and kind. They allowed me to check in 2 hours early and check out 1 hour late without any extra cost. Worth for money. Good hotel

The good part: Firstly: The location >> Located walking distance from New Delhi Railyway Station. Its a good option if You are only there to stay and planning for other locations train trips. Secondly: Food >> Food is good enough with varities of options. Quality and Quantity wise. Thirdly: Wifi >> They provide free wifi which helps a lot. The Bad part: Firstly: The Rooms >> Rooms are not spacious enough and without any windows or balcony. Moreover Hotel Management tends to switch off the AC main switch once the sees you leaving. We stayed for 4 days and every single day we had to ask them to switch on the AC's whenever we came back and that too after the main power system of the rooms were off. Secondly: Room Service >> This hotel room service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Just to give You an example: we had asked for 2 dinners for 2 rooms at 9:30 pm and waited. After waiting for more than 2 hours we called them again and they informed they "forgot" about the order. Thirdly: Network >> As there are no windows mobile network is very bad inside the rooms. We had to call 3-4 times to get calls connected. I would ask Hotel Management to look after the Room service with more focus. Its really not upto the mark.

Good hotel for stay in new delhi, good for families and bachelor's. Very neat and good interior. But, one staff (old fellow) who takes duty on night time is very arrogant and bad charector, feels too bad at night when asks one bottle of drinking water. All other facilities are excellent except that old man.

Had a comfortable stay.Good clean rooms. Very cooperative staffs. They even gave me a room with window without any extra charges. One of the best budget stays in Paharganj, delhi.

I stayed at Hotel for 2 nights. The location is near to New Delhi railway station, but area is not good. The price is quite high for what you get, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The TV wasn't working. Additionally the food at the hotel is worst. Staff was not friendly.

Overall good. Service is not up to the Mark. Not given a tea kit every day during our 4 days stay. No supply of 24/7 hot water.
