My Hotel

Not even a star hotel. No idea who has given this 3***. Its a PG with the least or say basic ameneties. It doesn't even have a DG. You're lucky if u get light thru invertor. Beds are unclean,bedsheets are stained. Towels are soggy and old. Not recommended for people who r looking for a comfortable stay.

One of the worst experiences. We had a 3 year old child. I specially searched a hotel with 'break fast included' option. Forget break fast. Even getting a tea was uphill task in the morning. Kitchen was in a filthy bad shape. There was no breakfast. I had to plead them for giving us a discount. They gave a 1000 rupees discount. The MCB of the room 205 would trip everytime we would use water heating kettle. The TV in room 202 didn't work throughout my stay. There was no intercom in rooms and foe every small little things I has to room down the stairs to search these guys as the cell phones numbers they gave, no body would pick up. There was no shower gel in washrooms. All these are very basic things. Ideally it should be a Rs 1200 per night room. But they are charging 2000. The location is bad too. Also some rowdy people in adjacent rooms, created such a racket, drinking with bottles lying outside the room, near the lift, made it worse.

Discourteous and arrogant staff. Nobody came to clean the room and washroom despite repeated calls. Water supply was erratic. During my 6 days stay, there was no water supply for 2 days in the morning time and 2 days in the evening time. Geyser was also not working. Room was full of mosquitoes and therefore even at night there was no respite. Last but not least, the lady at the reception was short tempered, ill mannered and loud mouthed. Instead of listening to Customers grievances, she used to shout the customers to leave the hotel and look for better ones. I have never seen such a poor service and such ill mannered and arrogant staff. Horrible experience....definitely NOT recommended.

Nothing is available what they say. Not hot water , very rude behaviour

The room is not ready when keys handed over. The toilet is not clean no dustbin even in the room. Mosquitos are there. The bedding was dirty and TV was also not recharged. Very bad experience.
