It was nice stay ,staff was very cool.few rooms need renovation.

Since I see a pattern of deleting the bad reviews, here is an honest one.If I could star them less than 1, I'd. Terrible hotel for the price. For starters, the washroom lacks slippers or toothbrush hygiene products. The beds are laced with bed bugs and there is literally 1 towel for all purposes in a room for 3. The staff is very rude especially the 6foot yeti receptionist. The washroom doors get jammed and instead of being apologetic or helpful, they are bashful for god knows what reason. For 3200rs, you are better off to some other hotel.

Beat Hotel in this area. Very neat and clean.

Stayed here for a day and had a wonderful experience. Rooms are good and spacious and location is also prime.

No service... Staff is most lethargic.. manager is least bothered... Breakfast is pathetic... Labors are cooking meals .. if you want to have a bad start to your day please book this place. Rooms are worst as well... Bathroom doors don't have latch ... Overall bad experience

The accomodations are extremely hygiene with properly built estate, even the staff was sophisticated unlike you see in some 3rd party estates. Room are spacious and well lit along with a garden at the back

Worst experience in MSK residency sector 12, Dwaraka. The AC was not working properly. Don't book rooms here. Old building. The staffs were not cordial, as if the guests are staying there at their mercy without making any payment. If one leave the key at the reception counter, the staffs will open and check the room. Luckily I have locked my suitcase, hence nothing was lost. Have seen this, when I left the key at the reception. Have collected the money, but when asked for the GST bill, mentioned that, the receptionist have to come to print the bill, hence will send to your email a copy and by post the original bill. Although I stayed for a day 14th to 15th of March, still now I have not got the bill, neither have called me also. Bad experience in my whole life related to my stay in hotels in India and Abroad.
