Luxus Haritma Resort, Greater Dwarka

Worst experience. Not recommended to anyone. We had a wedding on the 3rd and 4th of February, 2024. While the venue itself is good, the management is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff repeatedly misbehaved with our guests and the decoration team. They quoted one amount at the time of booking and then demanded more money later. Basic facilities like water bottles, towels, and even electricity were not provided properly. Our guests were left starving because they didn't provide proper catering services. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay the full amount before the final dinner, despite our initial agreement to settle it afterward. They only care about money and have no regard for their clients' special day. They messed up everything. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend the venue to anyone. And also don't believe on positive review they paying to people to add fake reviews.

The location, the approach and the surroundings are excellent. Lot of greenery, well laid out n very spacious cottages. The sore points are:- They are understaffed and whatever staff is there, need to be trained in behaviour n mannerisms of hospitality industry. In our room locker, TV n fridge weren't working and the response of reception, maintenance n housekeeping staff was painfully slow even after repeated calls to attend to the problem. There were no towels in the bathroom n the ones provided after requesting were not clean. The bathroom doesn't have any stand or attachments for soap or shampoo n towels. No towels available at the swimming pool. Snacks n food is below average. They should try to have a good cook if not a trained chef. I'm sure if they look into all these problems n improve the things the property can be one of the most sought after. I was planning a family get together here but my first experience has forced me to have second thoughts.

It is luxurious and comfortable rooms lush green surroundings. They have feeling of being connected with nature and feeling of being in the village. It provides a gorgeous look and the hole resort is clean and green colourful surrounding The swimming pool with nice view. It is surrounded with all the necessary amenities such as small bar ,sunbeds,outdoor shower area for the guest to relax and enjoy the poolside ambience. The views are making amazing photos and videos or shorts for all type vacations .I love this place " Finally it provide a luxurious accommodation experience to the guest ".

Seems review written with 5 ratings are fake. Their service is pathetic. Cleanliness is zero. On asking to clean wash room get reply we have no staff,, we will need to take permission. Tea served was pathetic and top of it staff was ready to fight on pointing this. Food had no taste. Hygiene. Oh they are not concerned at all. Don't trap in false reviews giving 5 rating.

This resort has lot of greenery and well maintained lawns, but food is vowfully inadequate in variety and staff is ill mannered as far as hospitality is concerned. The wifi, tv, locker were all non functional and repeated reminders did not yield any response. Looks like the staff is trained like hardcore govt servants. Will not recommend this to any one. The restaurant waiter had the guts to say that they can't add onion in the omellett and you have to eat it as made by the cook.

If possible I will definitely rate negative. The most pathetic resort. The food, location and the behaviour of the staff is very bad. Please don't go there, they only care about the money. Fraud hotel abusive staff For them all matters is the money. They say they won't provide a room. Do whatever you want. You'll have to pay an extra 1500. It's Sunday today." On my recommendation please don't go there. They buy these reviews, and for that, they even give you 40 rupees. Still, if you want to make a booking, go ahead. I've told you everything truthfully.

Peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, well maintained . There's problem of net. Although TV is installed but didn't connect channel. Breakfast is good.

They are putting fake reviews.Will suggest not to book this. No hygiene , no service. No responsible person available. We were there two days and after few hours realised we made big mistake by booking here. No one was there to clean wash room . Even asking repeatedly no one was listening and even wiper was not made available when we intended to clean ousrelf. There is no place eat near by and here first very difficult to get tea and even u get it is stale tea. How they got Fssai licence GOD knows. Worse than any one star hotel. Worst service ...worst cleaning and no tea water available , Worst food
