Great stay, great service, balcony in the room gives a peaceful corner to chill. Cafe is a bit overpriced. The night manager is not so cordial. Overall a good experience. Absolutely Safe for solo female travellers

The hotel is located in Dwarka 13. The view from balcony of hotel is pretty good.No service is available as there is buffet. The rooms were booked in advance for marriage customers. Their check in time was 1 noon. But we got one room at 3.30 pm. But the Receptionist was good enough to keep our luggage safely. Photos of view from hotel attached.

Worst valet service. No one attended the vehicle. Also less spacious. Not suitable for an event with more than 30 people.

One of the worst team I have come across. We have booked a function but due to sudden medical emergency, we had to cancel the function. We even asked the team to give us the credit rather than refund but the tone of the staff there has totally changed while talking to us now. I would rather never visit this place or arrange any function here.

You have very nice staff and room cleaning is very quick and everyone is very well behaved and everyone helped me and it is very safe.

The worst service provided by this hotel. No one attends to you at the reception, and no one takes your luggage to your room. The breakfast timings were not communicated at check-in, and there was no reminder call for breakfast. Overall, it was a bad experience at this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
