ibis New Delhi Aerocity

I had a good stay at Ibis Aerocity. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was convenient and quiet, which was great for resting. Special thanks to Miss Gyatta from the front office and Mr. Shailendra from the bell desk for their excellent hospitality during checkout. Also, Mr. Aravind Kumar did a great job cleaning my room throughout the stay -- it was always neat and fresh. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

A special thanks to Sakshi Mandal, the gym and swimming coach, for her exceptional guidance and friendly attitude -- she made our fitness sessions truly enjoyable. Also, kudos to Ravinder Kumar from housekeeping for his prompt and courteous service. Both of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Truly appreciate their dedication and helpful nature. Highly recommended!

Have been staying at Room 660 for almost 10 days now. Very happy with the stay. Though the room is a bit small, but cozy and comfortable. Would like to give a shout out for housekeeping guy Mr. Arjun, who has been always prompt in attending to issues with the room and always cleaned the room with all sincerity and dedication. He made every effort to get a plumbing issue addressed in the toilet with the help of Mr. Sunil and Prem. Also I'm very impressed by the services of restaurant staff Mr. Sunder, who's very cordial and always willing to assist. Overall, pretty happy with the staff support and prompt addressing of issues. Highly recommended place to stay near the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The service provided to me was top-notch. As a solo traveller, I found the experience as really fruitful. Mr Sujan is excellent in his work. He helped me during fasting check in process which made my stay really enjoyable. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel. I would love to choose this hotel for my next trip.

My Breakfast experience at your restaurant was exceptional! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing Breakfast. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure every need was met. The food was outstanding -- each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with the freshest ingredients. I particularly loved the Masala Dosa and parath it was a true highlight. This hotel is absolutely perfect! The service is outstanding! Even if the check out time is noon, I had a zoom meeting to attend and they allowed me to stay quietly in my room during my meeting for 2 hours. They are kind and generous! Thank you! I will come back for sure to this hotel! 5 stars !

Even though the location of the stay is convenient. However, the hotel lacks basic comfort like a decent sized bathroom for two & a room that doesn't feel like you're stuck in the lift. The hotel needs much bigger rooms even if it's a business hotel and a bathroom that's larger than the bathroom of the plane the guests have travelled in. The breakfast falls very short of expectations and I regret paying for the breakfast as I feel I was better off ordering from outside or stepping out to get better quality and tasting food

Good location for the airport. Cheapest of the chain hotels. Book late for best price. Pool is great. Staff nice and helpful. Food relatively expensive but that reflects location. Clean. Recommended
