Hotel Western Blu

If you are planning for food(Lunch) for multiple people through room service, then pre-book the buffet system because if you order separately they will deliver your order in 30+ minutes. Had a hard time for lunch there. But the buffet system was appreciable in the subsequent meals. Also there was a network issue on my phone at this place.

I had the most incredible stay at western blu in Maneshar for two days in June ! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The grandeur of the hotel, with its elegant interiors and soothing ambiance. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfortable and washroom too were pretty cool. The dining experience was nothing short of exceptional! The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a mix of Indian and international delicacies, all prepared to perfection. The staff at the restaurant were so attentive and made sure every meal was a delightful experience. Whether it was the tranquil pool area, the dance and and tennis court and volleyball where I enjoyed the most. it was an experience of luxury and warmth.

We were traveling to Delhi for medical treatment purpose. We had satyed here for 10 nights, it was winter season, outside temperature was 6-12 Degree centigrade, Hotel rooms were clean and they provide room cleaning service everyday. Staffs were well manured. The receptions managers were good and supportive. During check in we informed them we will have a patient with us who will stay and take physio there. I will mentioned some points that i liked most: 1. They had wheelchair facilities so i could bring my patient to the room. 2. They even provide a room heater for the patient and did not charge anything, for that we are grateful. 3. They provide morning breakfast to our patient room though breakfast were complimentary and have to take in the restaurant. 4.They provide extra blanket for the patient. 5. They allowed our physiotherapist to do the exercise and walking of our patient in the hotel lobby though guests are normally not allowed in the room. So over the staying period, we are grateful for their support to us. I just want to mention two points that i thought will be helpful for others: 1. I observed as rooms had only AC facilities no ceiling Fan, so during summer staying i could not say if it will be okay to have only AC. 2. As we stayed 10 nights, their morning complimentary breakfast had same menu everyday which was hard for those who are planning to stay long, so requesting hotel management to look into and have some variety in the menu. Overall, i will surely looking forward to stay again if i visit delhi.

Good Hotel. small room but neat and clean. bathroom is good. good for night stay for travellers. not big enough for family. not tried food.

The service is very good, the rooms are clean, the staff is very good, the food is also good , I It would be fine if you have bar service for 24 hours .

Guests are always complaining here for poor food service and bad management, book at your own risk. Greedy people are running this hotel on lease agreement.

Very small rooms, cleanliness can improve. Service given by staff is good.

We kept imported chocolates approx INR 5000 in the room fridge and we forgot to pick and we asked for the chocolates from the reception they clearly refuse to give.
